Not paying winnings or refunding deposit
I self excluded from bgo after xmass.after losing alot on money so on fri 2nd Feb I came into money again and looked up non wagering sites and came across power spins casino so I joined and deposited over £250 pound in my session playing and won £3000 pound so I withdrew it .then on sat 3rd Feb I went onto my account again to find I couldn't get into it I rang up customer services and they told me they was bgo sister site which I didn't know as my eye s struggle seing small print and that the self exclusion also goes for power spins casino. I then had a email from customer services telling me they wasn't paying out my winnings or giving me a refund as I broke the rules .thet told me the computer didn't pick it up wen I signed up but wen staff started work they spotted i was exclude but taken £250 pound of my money in deposit and not refunding me or paying my winnings .I was totally unaware that they was run by the same company as I carry read small printed writing .now I'm out of pocket and being ignored by customer service saying they wasn't paying anything I think it wrong how they take my money one nite then exclude me from there sister site b4 my withdrawal or refund was made .I've spent a good few thousand gambling with bgo and had enough of loosing so that's why I self exclude myself .I felt lucky on fri so thought I'd try another site see if i was lucky but then finding out they took my money deposit I did and nothing even tho I won £3000 and requested the withdrawal. Is there anything I can do to get a compromise with them to get my money or sum money back ??? Thanks ric

I had an email advertising a new casino "powerspins' so i thought i would give it a try. I deposited £35 and played a while during the night and luckily won £470. The casino looked very nicely laid out and it was an enjoyable experience. The next day i logged in again and was met by a message saying that my account had been temporarily suspended but no reason given. I sent an email to powerspins support (answered 3 days later). There reason for suspending my account was that i had 'duplicate accounts' which was against their T&C's. While being 100% sure that i had never played at Powerspins, it turns out that i had played at BGO casino a few years ago that i had closed. So in short, because i had played at BGO a few years ago, they where now suspending my account at Powerspins, confiscating my winnings and keeping my deposit. __ If this sounds quite silly, then the Gaming Commission, the NW Trading Standards and myself as a Lawyer who specialises in Consumer & Commercial Trading Law agrees with you____ After reading the reviews on the likes of Trustpilot where the BGO group has barely 1 out of 10 and reading the endless nightmare stories, it evolves a common complaint of BGO suspending accounts in Powerspins if the player has had an old BGO account. The worrying further note is that they seem to be doing it only to accounts that show winnings and not losses. Imagine if Nektan, MT SecureTrada or any other group did that with their many 100's of group casinos. They would not exist for very long. As other similar compliants about BGO have said here, THEY sent ME an invitation to play powerspins under a "brand new casino offerring". As for keeping deposits, I have some knowledge of this activity as i mentioned above and for a number of years i was a gaming regulation inspector and although it is not illegal to keep deposits, it is generally advised that casinos DO refund deposits out of a moral stance. Casinos that keep deposits in cases like this and others we generally advised to stay clear as it shows a degree of negative customer care and 'sharp practice' With all the common themed complaints about BGO, i firmly believe that they should now be classed as a Rogue Casino Group.

Hello, I every time come to askgamblers site to check newest casino with good games, so this time i found Power Spins Casino, and because i always trust askgamblers site so i go on to sign up page, and when i put my info and sign up then i got this notice (Email address is already in use or you may already have an account with our sister site bgo? Reset Your Password) So i chose Reset Password, and they sent me an email with new password, then i open my account and i deposit total of 1500e, and i don't accept any bonus, and after hours of playing i found that games is hanging and many times of error while playing games, so i chose to withdrawal my money (my deposit plus some winning) and i go to withdrawal page and i try to withdrawal, then i got another error notice (we are sorry, but your withdrawal request could not be completed at this time, please contact support) after that i try to contact them through contact form because they not have email or phone or chat, and i sent them all my documents, second day no answer, so i contact again, but no answer, then i go to bgo.com and contacted them through live chat, 4 hours waiting but no answer, i sent bgo.com email but no answer, in the end i have been 5 days everyday sent like 3 emails and contact form and many hours waiting on live chat but no answer, in 3rd day they sent email that i should verify my account (i guess its auto email because they not answer any of my emails) so i sent my document again 4 times for both sites, and in this 5 days i continue playing and my money total is between 1000-2000e, and i try to keep my credit between this amount until they answer me, and i play in this 5 days with more than 30,000e because i have played many hours and from 1e to 10e per one spin, i keep playing my favorite game (AGE OF THE GODS) and all this days i got many error in the game, many times it replay same spin and bring same featured, but i was not mind because i know that the site have many errors, but in day 4 i found out that when the game replay same spin with same featured it also take money from my credit, so if i play with 1e per spin, and its replay 10 times so it will cost me 10e for one spin, i have recorded video for that, this make me lose really many thawthand, another problem also i have won the power jackpot which start with 400e and grow to max of 500e, and i was playing with 2e for spin, but win i won they give me only 200e and little more, so jackpot start with 400e and wen i won its 200e, and in day 4 while recording because i start to recording after i see all this problems and i saw some complain on askgamblers, so i start to feel untrusted for this site, then while im recording site goes under maintenance without any worming, and my money was 1500e, i go to bgo.com also under maintenance, so i sent them last email and i said this is my last email to you before making complain on askgamblers site, and i decide to not play again until i see what will happen, and some hours ago i check my email and i see that they have verify my account and i can withdrawal (also auto message because no answer for my emails) anyway, i was so happy and i open my account to withdrawal to see that my credit is €0.14 really i don't know what to say. So, Game has faulty count and takes a lot of money from me by wrong, check account. Jackpot is over 400e and they give me only 200e, you can check in my account. 1500e has taken from my account, you can check my account. I signed up as their welcome offer was too great to say no to. Played through free spins, nothing much came out of it. I deposited £10, played it all then used the free spins which gave me back a few more quid. With one lucky bonus game on a netent game I managed to play through my wagering requirements and withdraw £250 (could have been more but I love my games).

That was Friday night, Saturday after a short chat with James I sent all documents for verification which was done in less than 5 hours. By midnight that day my withdrawal has been processed. Power Spins is a fairly new casino that a joined for a signup offer of 50 no deposit spins. I think they are a sister to BGO casino. The site navigation was easy and they have the same providers and slots selection as BGO.

The free spins was on Drive Multiplier Mayhem. I won a nice 10 pounds and also triggered the free spins feature, but paid x20 my bet only. I started playing some slots mostly Netent to complete wagering. Jungle spirit was the slot of the day as I triggered the bonus feature a few times. The payouts were low most of the time but during one free spins feature, I managed to win x200 my bet. With a decent balance after that win, I thought I was going to complete wagering. The fact that wagering was set x35 the bonus amount is very good. Normally wagering on any freebie from casinos these days are x50 or more. I played for a very long time and when I was almost about to complete wagering, I busted in the end eventually after having about 50 pounds left to wager.

I love the game selection and Playtech as well. This is one of the few casinos that have Playtech mixed with other providers. After a week, I decided to claim their welcome offer. Made a deposit using CC, which is something I hated, but they do not accept E-wallets to claim the welcome offer.

I claimed the 200% bonus and 50 free spins. I came again close to completing wagering but busted a few hours later. I will most probably come back to make a deposit here again in future and hopefully make a hefty withdrawal.

The fact that their Netent slots are slow in between spins. Looks a like a lag happening. The thing that irritates me the most about their Netent slots is the fact that you cannot stop the spin and the quick spin option not available either. They do not have any live support.

The freespins promotion is very appealing. Especially for that many freespins.

For Aussies: There are a lot of games that are available either does not exist (CASHINO-CA) or isn't available (CASH SPIN). The terms & conditions particularly their wagering requirements in regards to their daily freespins is very obscured and hard to understand. Blink and you will miss it. If keep loosing its ok but if you win they will look for any small reason to not pay You winnings. The worst style of casino online, be carefull before you sign in, couse if You win they wiĺ do everything to not pay you. No live chat, never reply to emails, no phone number and as for customer service well its the worst online casino I've experienced .. If u get a win they wont pay. Honestly they dont care about anything but there $ .. Stay away, far away gamblers.. trust me.

Quick withdrawals are really quick at Power Spins. Though it took a bit longer to have documents verified.

Like the slots, have a good range of slots good incentives also.

Dislike winning money to have it taken from you after meeting wagering requirements I won up to about £4000 spend 2000 of that was left with £1888.10 to log on day after to only £110 think they like to rip people off.

The variety of games, the site overall and the bonuses.

Their customer service absolutely sucks. Which is not surprising being that they belong to BGO. Same as in BGO, they take days to reply to any queries, with really dumb and useless replies. Absolutely the worst 2 sites regarding customer support.

One fine day, earlier this year, I received a nice promotional email from Power Spins Casino, with some no-deposit free spins upon registration, plus more free spins upon making a first deposit. Nothing unusual in that kind of offer, right? Right! But what makes Power Spins offer a real delight was that all free spins were wager free! Make a win and withdraw, as simple as that, but of course, if you happened to win big, so sorry, you can only withdraw small, hahaha. Almost every casino has a cap on winnings from free spins, of which Power Spins Casino is one, but that didn't matter at all to me. If I can make a win from any of those free spins, I can withdraw it, up to the capped amount, which if I'm not mistaken, is 100 EUR. Winning 100 EUR from free spins is a damn good deal for me. The only thing is, can I ever get it? Hahaha.

Playing at Power Spins Casino was a real delight for me. There's a good selection of games from several providers, and I could find most of my favourite games in the directory. In the end, I had to close those accounts, for not being able to submit other relevant supporting documents for verification. Unfortunately, Power Spins Casino gave me the same responses as the others, insisting on some other documents which I don't have. So in the end, I played off the winnings after it had been refunded back into my account, left the balance at zero, and then requested for a permanent closure of the account, via email. They obliged and had it closed.

That's about the only thing that I don't like about Power Spins Casino. Being related to BGO Casino, I wasn't surprised at all, because I had faced the exact same problems at BGO too. The only difference being that I have not made any deposit at BGO, unlike at Power Spins, and closing my Power Spins account was the hardest thing for me to do. I would have loved to be able to carrying on playing with a verified account. Just too bad. Sigh.
