Account closed & money confiscated due to previous Self-Exclusion with BGO, refused to refund deposits

I joined the new site powerspins. I deposited a total of £140. I withdrew money and the next day i went on i was unable to log in. I emailed and they explained that it was a BGO site which i was unaware of. As i self excluded from BGO they have said they have confiscated my money. I understand winnings being confiscated but a refund of deposit would be required as i was unaware of it being a BGO site. I deposited 7 x£20
