I created an account and got the 50 free spins package without depositing with which I made myself the starting 15£ and after a alot of time spent on one slot machine I got to 40£.

After that I deposited the minimum deposit of 10£ (beacue you HAVE to deposit before you can withdraw) and I wanted to withdraw the 40£ of CASH not BONUS ( your bonus transforms into withdrawable cash only after you wager the beginning amount by 35x , so in my case it was 15£ x 35 = 520£ which I had completed).

But every single time ( I've tried a dozen times at this point) I try to press the WITHDRAW button I get a 'Transaction failed' error with the following text "We are sorry, but your withdrawal request could not be completed at this time. Please contact support for further assistance."
(Keep in mind I have tried this on 3 different days so far and on random times throught the day)

After that I obviously contacted the support via the help section they have on their page, but I still haven't gotten a reply from ANYONE regarding my problem...

I have also attached an image of the problem window.

This casino looks very polished but since it doesn't let you withdraw I cannot recommend it no anybody.



If I get any further updates that could change my view on this site, I'll be sure to make an updated post about it.

The reason you cannot withdraw is that your account is not yet verified.
