I self excluded from bgo after xmass.after losing alot on money so on fri 2nd Feb I came into money again and looked up non wagering sites and came across power spins casino so I joined and deposited over £250 pound in my session playing and won £3000 pound so I withdrew it .then on sat 3rd Feb I went onto my account again to find I couldn't get into it I rang up customer services and they told me they was bgo sister site which I didn't know as my eye s struggle seing small print and that the self exclusion also goes for power spins casino. I then had a email from customer services telling me they wasn't paying out my winnings or giving me a refund as I broke the rules .thet told me the computer didn't pick it up wen I signed up but wen staff started work they spotted i was exclude but taken £250 pound of my money in deposit and not refunding me or paying my winnings .I was totally unaware that they was run by the same company as I carry read small printed writing .now I'm out of pocket and being ignored by customer service saying they wasn't paying anything I think it wrong how they take my money one nite then exclude me from there sister site b4 my withdrawal or refund was made .I've spent a good few thousand gambling with bgo and had enough of loosing so that's why I self exclude myself .I felt lucky on fri so thought I'd try another site see if i was lucky but then finding out they took my money deposit I did and nothing even tho I won £3000 and requested the withdrawal. Closed my account and confiscated deposits/winnings

I signed up to powerspins on 11/4 and took advantage of the 200% welcome offer , no luck with the bonus so I deposited again this time taking no bonus I managed to get my balance above £300 and decided it's time to cashout . A few days later I get an email saying that my account has been closed and all funds have been confiscated due to a duplicate account . I only have one powerspins account but apparently This is to do with a bgo which is self excluded from years ago and bcoz I have had a bgo that is excluded and a powerspins the accounts have been closed and powerspins are refusing to pay the winnings or even refund the deposits. Deposit money unfairly confiscated!

This website confiscated my whole deposit without any notice. There was absolutely no way to reach them except of emails, which they responded days later, saying that I had an account previously with a site named BGO which I was self excluded from months ago, so they confiscated my whole deposit, none of which was from winnings but my own money. This is absolutely unacceptable shady business. I'm demanding my deposit back and not going to stop until something gets done to stop shady services like this. Temporarily locked my account and now wont reply to emails

About 1 week ago i decided to play at powerspins casino , after my first couple of sessions i decided this casino is not for me so i sent support and email asking how to close my account .. 3 days went by and i received no reply from the casino .. Closed my account and won't refund what I have in my account

I joined power spins casino last week, I made 3 subsequent deposits, I was playing on the site the day after joining when out of the blue the system logged me out, I tried to sign in and it then said to reset my password which I did but it still wouldn't let me log in. Cannot withdraw my funds

I created an account and got the 50 free spins package without depositing with which I made myself the starting 15£ and after a alot of time spent on one slot machine I got to 40£. After that I deposited the minimum deposit of 10£ (beacue you HAVE to deposit before you can withdraw) and I wanted to withdraw the 40£ of CASH not BONUS ( your bonus transforms into withdrawable cash only after you wager the beginning amount by 35x , so in my case it was 15£ x 35 = 520£ which I had completed). Refusing to pay my winnings, refusing to explain why

I've recently signed up to powerspins.com and received a %100 percent deposit bonus. I deposited £30 and played through the wagering requirements. Dubious practice

I had an email advertising a new casino "powerspins' so i thought i would give it a try. I deposited £35 and played a while during the night and luckily won £470. Power Spins is a casino I noticed around two weeks ago after I saw them on new casinos list on askgamblers. Immediately I saw that they had 50 free spins sign up bonus and providers like Netent, Playtech and few others, so without any doubt I visited their page. I tried to register there and I noticed that my email showed as invalid and a message came up saying that maybe I have an account with BGO casino, which is their sister site and in that case I could log in with my BGO details. I do indeed have an account there but I haven’t used it for ages. I tried to log in but without any luck, so then I tried to change my password at bgo but I never got any email from them.

Unfortunately Power Spins casino doesn’t have live support so I decided to write them an email regarding the sister site, registration and whether I would be eligible for the free spins. I wrote them on a weekday and checked my email the next day- no answer. It took them nearly 3 days to get back to me, which to be honest was very upsetting. Luckily they answered that I was eligible to play there and if I would reset my details at bgo and login there, I would be eligible for their welcome bonus package too. So finally I had some good news.

I tried a couple of passwords and finally it worked and I got logged in into Power Spins casino. Then I went to promotions page and saw that the 50 free spins could be played on any of 4 games from which I decided to choose Drive slot. I really like Drive slot because of the multipliers and bonus round. After I loaded the game, I truly had the 50 free spins available. That was great since they have no live support to help me in case I didn’t have them. I didn’t get any bonus round yet still I ended up with 9 pound win from them. Then I tried to load Twin Spin but it crashed, tried again and it repeated. So I decided to go back to Drive slot and played it until I lost all balance since small wins came up from time to time but I was unable to trigger any free spins round.

My experience has been fantastic, I deposited £60 unfortunately forgetting the 200% was upto £50 however that didn't matter too much, Nothing came from the bonus, but still received a generous 100%. I decided to make another small deposit of £40, happened to strike lucky with a few nice hits, kept me wanting to play, unfortunately didn't win again. Third deposit, I did £100, I decided to keep the train rolling, then out of nowhere I got very fortunate, was a great day on "Powerspins". spent overall £200 and cashed out £10,000. which was a total profit of £9800. generally a great end to the day, week and month ahead. will be definitely returning to play BGO after sometime.

Established this year 2017, sister casino to BGO Casino with 2 great casino licence such as Alderney Gambling Control Commission, UK Gambling Commission, unfortunately with only 3 casino software as Playtech, NetEnt, IGT (WagerWorks), Barcrest Games but still decent casino with excellent welcome bonus of 50 free spins where the player can choose form 4 different games to be played.

When I was trying to open my account there I got message I couldn't just because I had account to their sister casino BGO but I guess that wasn't so bad, because I need to use the same general info or user and password I was using at BGO casino which I still got the welcome bonus of 50 free spin, with nice wagering requirement of X 35

From those 4 eligible games I choose to play Drive: Multiplier Mayhem Slot which I think its a pretty decent slot where you can get decent wins and nice game so you can wager a bonus. From those free spins I got the free spins feature in the last 50 spin and had 15. 60 euros on my account as a bonus money so I can play and of course wager that bonus.

Continue to play but my balance start to go downhill so tried to play my favorite slot Piggy Riches. At the beginning my balance went up to 52 euros so I was thinking I was on good way to wager that bonus.
