Deposited £300 - selected no bonuses and you ALWAYS get a bonus applied when you first join. Typical lock you in bonus where need to wager 1000 times deposit and you can't even withdraw what you put on. Put in a request to remove the bonus and subsequent wagering requirements - live chat put in request, day after was told it can't be done.

Had to verify my account, 3 days no response.

Chased again and asked for a refund of my deposit, "we will put in a request" 3 days later nothing.

Just followed a link of google to join Jackpot Paradise, offer was for no deposit 50 free spins on registration and then 100 free spins on 1st deposit. So registered, could not find free spins, had live chat with there customer support advised me I should have entered promo code, told them I was not prompted to or saw where to, they basically said tough nothing they can do about it now, but would give me 100% on my first deposit.
