GR88 Casino - Withdrawal issues
After accepting a reload bonus of 100gbp on the back of a 1000gbp deposit, I played thru the roll-over requirements, having ended up with 4531.04 in the account after winning several bets. The funds were released to my account after contacting customer support and I submitted a withdrawal request. I was requested to supply more address/age/personal verification documents (despite already doing this when opening the account). These were verified and I was allowed to submit a withdrawal request. I ensured that this was lower than the permitted maximum of 2000gbp. This request was 3 weeks ago. Every time I contact customer support to find the status, I am told (usually via a copy and pasted message) that the withdrawal is still under review. The only place I received any decent contact was via Twitter until a man named Rory Bennett, from GR88.com security messaged to say that my withdrawal was delayed as I was masking my identity online. This is a lie and I responded in kind, including proof that my IP address is publicly visible. This was a week ago, and despite his message stating that the issue would be resolved early the next week, ie 3-4 days ago, I have heard nothing more despite 2 follow up emails. Attached is my publicly visible IP address as recorded the day I was speaking to Rory via email. I have emailed Rory, GR88.com customer support and Olympian Group one final time today to tell them that as of Monday I am going to publicize heavily (I am fortunate to work in a space in which a I have huge social media reach and influence) to try and ensure no one else falls for their scams and deposits with any of their 3 online casinos.

GR88 Casino refused to honour payout and kept my deposit
Hi, I was wondering if you guys can help. Please see thread below. I have summarised my complaint below. I opened an account with GR88 early December 2014 and deposited £200 and received £200 bonus. I was asked for ID documents before I started any wagers which I provided and my account was unlocked to place bets. Over the course of just under two months I wagered the bonus requirements placing bets almost daily and met the bonus rollover requirements by 12 February 2015. I had been lucky in that although some of my bets lost, but quite a few won. I also placed bets which were not part of the rollover requirement (odds below the rollover requirements) which also had some wins and some losers. Everything was fine until I had met the requirements for rollover At this stage I had got £1251 balance which I requested to withdraw. The withdrawal request was accepted (its not automatic and met be agreed with one of their advisors first). A couple of days after I received an email to say my account has been closed and they will not be paying anything out as they suspect fraud. No explanation provided and no evidence. I have not committed any fraud and have simply been lucky. I was accused of having multiple accounts and I challenged this by email. However, no evidence was provided. How can they as there is none. They are simply con artists. I have no other accounts with GR88 or with any of their other sister companies (nor does anyone else in my household). I placed the bets purely on my gut feeling and who i felt would win. I have attempted to contact GR88 a few times to request they review this as they have obviously made a mistake. They only decided to close my account once I wanted to withdraw my winnings. Sour losers who not only kept my winnings but even my original £200 deposit. Who's committing the real fraud? Up to then I was placing bets almost daily and wagered over £4800 in around 7 week period with average bet of £100 so over 50 bets placed. Funny how they only decided to claim its fraud with no evidence once I wanted to withdraw my winnings. It is completely unfair and underhand by GR88 to do this. I noticed that they do this quite often. I am happy to provide any further information required to prove my innocence. I was really upset about not only the payment being withheld but falsely being accused simply so GR88 did not have to pay out. RIP OFF bookie. I authorise you to contact GR88 about this on my behalf. At GR88'm active member for about a year, and attracted me to promote their betting site where I got a couple of dollars of bonuses without deposit and so began my friendship with this brand name. After that I moved on bingo where also there were some free tournament and prize tickets with buy-in from about 1 €, and just by coincidence that led me to the casino where I remained the longest and continues to this day. Whenever I have time to stop by their website to look at the active promotion of existing players and deposit some money. GR88 Casino is one that does its job very professionally, but have strict rules that must be followed in detail.

I have a few friends who are not seriously their propositions and permanently lost the right to be paid money in the casino, just by these reason and personal experience of people close to warn you to carefully read the rules of the casino there, because later when you close the money again will blame others because you are mistaken. I currently have at this casino about 80 € from time to time come over to play some of your favorite games, such as Game of Thrones or Cool Wolf. For Game Of Thrones have unlimited possibilities and if you're a fan of the TV series it's time to try and this very successful gaming version.

A few days ago I played Avalon II, and from 40 € for two hours came the aforementioned € 80 with which still has in my account. Gr88 casino has Microgaming software which recently has become one of my favorites, so when I was surfing through net and found some free chip they offer, I couldn't resist signing up there.

I registered, filled out all the details and when the signup was done, I got a message that my account has been locked. That was a very unpleasant surprise. I didn't see a reason for that, as I wasn't from a restricted country or anything. So I contacted the live chat, which was available at that moment. I had a little talk with a support guy and he told me that my account was automatically locked and that they will find the reason for it. The conclusion of our talk was that maybe the reason for automatic account lock was the fact I was using a proxy, so the support told me they will check my query and will send me an email with an update. I didn't get any answer or email from them for a week and that's when I decided to contact the live support again, I just didn't like the feeling of not- knowing besides I think that week is a long enough time to answer. I wrote to chat and I got connected to a nice lady and she just told me to try to login. I did that and it worked. I asked, why none contacted me as they said they would, and she told me that she has no clue about it.

After I finally got into my profile, I tried to claim one of bonuses I saw somewhere, it was for 15€ free and it worked. The wagering was about 1500€, if I remember correctly. I started to play Immortal Romance with 0.30€ bets and at first I had some luck with it, once got Amber free spins and overall at some point boosted balance up to 40€. Then I increased my bets to 0.60€, started to lose, got back to 0.30€ bets but still kept losing and when I was back to 17€ I switched to Game of Thrones. I started with the 15 line version with 0.15€ bets and then switched to 243 way version. Finally got free spins, I chose to go with 14 free spins with 3 x multiplier. I got about 9€ win then, but few times because of wilds, regular spins turned into a 20€ win ( I experienced it 2 times within my session). I kept playing this game for about 2 hours until I got busted.

The time that I actually spent playing at GR88 casino was really nice, I liked the selection of games and the last chat person I talked to was nice. But I have to say the fact they didn't contacted me for a week even though they said they would, wasn't a happy surprise. I saw this casino on AskGamblers and I decided to join because of the Microgaming games that they have and because of the welcome bonus! When I created my account, I saw that they are offering a no deposit of 15 euro, I checked the terms and conditions for country restrictions and I was eligible to take this bonus. But I was disappointed when I saw that the wagering requirements were 99 x bonus amount and obviously I didn’t manage to complete them!

I decided to make a deposit of 20 euro and to take the 100% welcome bonus because of the 30 x wagering requirements. They have good games, I opened Game of Thrones slot because I didn’t played this slot so far and I started to spin thinking that maybe I will complete the requirements.

The payout rate was poor at the beginning, I was watching at my account balance how is decreasing and I started to worry! I have been on multiple sites but this is by far the worst I have encountered. Won some money but when I tried to withdraw I was told i could only remove £600 a week. I have tried to do this and been waiting a week for the withdrawal to hit my bank so used the live chat and got this response.

I always enjoy playing with free money in some new casino. I was looking for some nice first deposit offers on some affiliate site and came across a no deposit offer of 10 euros here at GR88. The name didn't ring a bell so I decided to take a closer look.

The bonus had a high 99 x wager and maximum cashout was only 50 euros. That’s a very high wager but this casino uses Microgaming software and most no deposit offers from them are like that. Microgaming is one of my favorite software's and I always like playing here with small deposits especially on Hitman. This game has brought lots of joy in my gaming crusades.

I went to their website to download the software but couldn't find the download icon. When I play in Microgaming I always play in download mode so this was confusing. I checked out this casino at AskGamblers and saw that they offer only instant play. I made an account and registered quickly but I had problems redeeming the coupon.

I thought that my country wasn't allowed so I decided to contact live chat. They were instant and after a minute the bonus was added instantly. Reasonable play although this is from a no deposit bonus I got for signing up.

Online support does hardly ever seem yo be available so I have to wait for email replies. I am constantly being kicked off while playing games and there is problems with me logging into my account.

I have had to contact support a number of times already to be able to log into my account. For a site that has been running since 2009 i'ts not great that they have issues with the site. A new casino site you would understand a few issues but one that's been running for 5 years??

I'm left feeling totally frustrated with the site
