GR88 Casino - Withdrawal delayed

Gr88 delaying payment of $ 1,606 requested for my NETELLER account.
My account is fully verified with them in terms of I.d. they ask for .
I already contacted technical support and financial area of ​​the website . But all responses apologize and say that the payment will be made soon. Always answers very vague and unresolved problem .
It is the first time I request a payment and already encounter some difficulty .
I would like to solve for me .
I requested the withdrawal on 30 August. They told me that the withdraw was validated on 1 September and still have not seen any money or been given any real idea when he will be sent to my NETELLER account.
