Waiting for winnings from GR88 Casino since December 2014

I found this site when searching Google for complaints about GR88 Casino.

I had been playing at GR88 Casino for a couple of months without winning, then in December GR88 Casino sent me a VIP Bonus Offer. I deposited for the bonus and managed to go on a winning spree, I was really excited. Then the issues started. Firstly the casino said I would have to pay if I wanted to withdraw more than £2,000 in one month. In the end it took GR88 a month to send my money every time so I never had to pay the fees. They paid me in January, February, March, April, but then no payment was received in May. I have been waiting ever since. If I email the support team I receive a template response that the message has been forwarded to the finance team and they are sorry for the delay. The support team finally gave me the email of Rory Bennett ([email protected]) but he does not respond to my emails. I have now been waiting 10 months for my winning which I find disgraceful. I would like your help in receiving my winnings from the casino.

I have received no communication from the casino. I think they may have closed?
