GR88 refusing / delaying payment of just over £1200. My account is fully verified with them in terms of the I.d. they ask for. They delayed payment initially claiming that I had shared IP address with another user. This is very unlikely since I only use my own private home wireless and my mobile phone. This was resolved and almost immediately the account was locked with no reason provided. They have now unlocked the account but the withdrawal is still pending. Speaking to the customer service and security representives is of no real service as they never provide a definite answer and only offer vague assurances in strangely worded English, that the withdrawal will be processed.
Did not want to post on here as the site isn't to bad to use but the withdrawal process with them is a nightmare.
Placed the withdrawal on the 8th of May and still have not seen any money or been given any real idea when it will be sent to my bank.
