Warning! This is no joke! For all the gambling community, please get this clear: Euromoon casino is indeed a scam. I have first-hand information about it and on top of that, a lot of information that is publicly available online from many acknowledged casino reviewers support that.

I tested playing in Euromoon casino a few weeks myself now and the last drop was when they started to ruthlessly manipulate (=counterfeit) my play history to avoid paying out _any_ winnings. Over my 30+ years playing online, this is one of a kind case. The best is to avoid the site completely. All the players who already have an account and play there, the whole fair gambling community strongly recommends to quit and leave immediately!

They are a bunch of liars. They avoid paying you at all costs tryind to find different stupid reasons according to their lame terms & conditions. PLEASE read with attention their terms & conditions before starting to play there.
Cosmik, Euromoon, Osiris, Atlantic, Slots500, Bordeaux are all under control of the same group and person.

Sometimes when you win a lot and even tho you play regularly they will get into your account since they can do it easily and will do a few overbets then log out. When the player will try to withdraw the cash, even tho he's aware he played regularly he will be told he didn't and his withdraw is canceled because of the max bet rule.

There's a lot of "loyal players who deposit over 10k monthly" who often forget their passwords... Is this a coincidence? It is! Funny fact those loyal players are treated even worse than new players and are hardly pushed to deposit.

There are a couple of good games - on face value the chat facility seems good, but when you dig deeper they are awful.

Irresponsible - I asked to close my account saying I was worrying about the amount I was spending ... they convinced me to stay and offered me cashback!

Rude - when I asked for help with something their response was "How am I meant to know!"

Cheats - you are able to deposit on a phone but not withdraw(!)

They are cheating as*****s, stealing people's money with fake games etc. I have video and photo proof of their cheating. Thinking about reporting them to the police in the country they have their offices. They are frauds.

I can bet here. It is possible to win but just not to get paid out it seems.

Just got this little chat with "Annette" from the support chat. I think that if u read my story and then look at this chat u know enough.

Made a deposit, gota bonus, played the bonus away, made a withdrawel. All fine untill here.

From here the casino lets me wait more then the 5 days to review my account (and encourage me in the same time to play more so financial departement would handle my case faster ?!)

So I take some money from my whinnings who were already on a side as I made a withdrawel and it seems that I misspressed once a made 1 bet of 15€ because of this. But this was days after the withdrawel was made so ....
In the rules I also found this => Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the Bonus credited to the player account, prior to the wager requirement for that Bonus having been met.

Here it says PRIOR the wager requirement. So I didn't even do anything wrong then as there wasn't even a bonus anymore

2000€ winnings are gone and I got 50€ instead to play with. Is this serieus ?!

Last week they discoverd that euromoon (and some other casinos) are using FAKE Netent software. Even Netent itself is looking into the problem

A lot of bonus offers all the time and every day. The selection of games seems good.

Caution! I just confirmed this with their customer service: If you play with a bonus, not only the max 30% bet value of bonus -rule apply, but also _all sort_ of doubling-up is prohibited no matter amount. That means, if you play blackjack for example, only Stand and Hit option is allowed. If Double or Split is played in any situation with any bet size (even once), that is a violation of the bonus terms. Not very usual terms. Be careful!
