Seems this is one of the last of the old William Hill group of casinos to still be in operation…. All of the others I remember such as Prestige and Joyland seem to be defunct now. Perhaps unsurprisingly, as EuroGrand is one of the very few places still in operation that offer Playtechs games exclusively. For that reason alone I guess you could say there is very little reason to bother playing here – Playtech games are offered almost ubiquitously these days on so many multi platform sites… the RTP of these games is generally quite poor, particularly the high variance slots such as Great Blue which, as much as I love them, are easily capable of draining a balance in record time. I also find that Playtech slots tend to be very difficult to hit a bonus on in general too.

I believe EuroGrand tries to offset these shortcomings by offering huge bonuses, although things seem to have calmed down in this regard as well. I remember bonuses as high as 500% being offered here back when I first signed up, but don’t see anything like that posted on their site at the moment. Even checking my emails, the last time they sent me a huge reload bonus was more than two years ago now, so I guess they no longer have this to boast now either.

Withdrawals have got quicker in recent years, that much is for sure – I last played here around the beginning of the year after receiving a 100% bonus in my email, and when I managed to make a withdrawal I received it in my Skrill around 12 hours later, which is a huge improvement on the four days or so I remember from back in the day. I’m wondering if perhaps the management of this casino has changed, as it seems they are more strongly tied to William Hill now than they were before.

If you’re a new player it could well be worth signing up here for the new player bonus, but I’m not sure I can find many other reasons to recommend playing here nowadays – even though there really isn’t anything wrong with the casino, there just isn’t anything unique about it either.

Got in touch with customer support straight away who send to their relevant team. 12 days later there is no update and CS says they are still looking at it ! Way to go...

UPDATE:

Ever since my local ISP got blocked from accessing most casinos since 2 years ago, I could no longer play at Eurogrand casino, along with a few others of their sisters casinos. Recently, I received a promotional offer in my mailbox, not from the casino but from an affiliate, and I decided to see if I could get access to the casino again. I was really surprised when the website came up on screen and I could sign in as well. Everything was working normally, with no apparent blockage in place. I then downloaded the software and downloaded my favourite games too, in preparation for resuming play very soon.

Eurogrand belongs in William Hill Gibraltar (WHG) group of casinos, and I do have accounts at a few of their casinos. Eurogrand has now been downloaded and I'm going to try and get access to my other accounts too. Hopefully, all will allow access and play once again, after a long 2-years break.

Been a customer with this casino for over 5 years. Played through over a million yet can't receive decent customer service support. Customer service is non-existent.

I signed up with Eurogrand after seeing them advertised in a Youtube video created by an advantage player. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon it, it's certainly not the type of video I seek out usually but it claimed that EuroGrand was affiliated with William Hill and offered some of the most generous bonuses I would find anywhere, so I decided to check it out.

The bit about being affiliated with William Hill is certainly true, that's who owns the casino - but then again they also own Joyland Casino which was disgraced a long time ago and still receives a lot of negative attention from players on the internet today, so I don't think that's enough to recommend any casino on it's own.

As for the bonuses well as others have said the headline figure at this casino for their initial 300% welcome bonus is indeed just 12x - what I didn't pick up on at the time is its 12x the deposit plus bonus, which isn't a huge deal on a 300% match but it's still relevant as it represents a 25% increase. I can't argue about the fact it's pretty much as generous as bonuses get these days, and the player who mentions in his review that BGO are even more generous with a 4x wager requirement clearly didn't take the bonus as that only applies to bingo - slots have a contribution percentage of just 10% making the WR effectively ten times that.

So it might well be worth signing up at this casino for the sake of the welcome bonus, but the one time I needed to contact support I had to wait a LONG time to get a response, and when I did the agent was nothing short of rude to me. Withdrawals are even worse, staying in a pending state for many days especially if you make your request towards the end of the week. Even players who like to use e-wallets can expect to wait up to a week and that's provided they stay strong enough not to request a reversal!

Not the worst casino around, but I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon. Worth a try one day just for the bonus offer though!

Eurogrand casino is a place with Playtech software, and I can say that I played at this casino couple of times, and I am pretty happy with what I saw in this casino. With almost everything, because some things like withdrawals are generally not very good.

I always use download Playtech casino, because it is just terrible in instant play. At least it was for me when I tried last time - slow spins, lags, long loading, not all games available and working. Customer support at Eurogrand casino is good, and I talked with them couple of times. From everything I can say that I am just happy with them, and I never had any bad experience. They always polite, friendly, and what is the most important thing - they are always fast.

Bonuses and promotions at Eurogrand casino can be better of course, because usually their reload bonuses are just too low. For example I remembered their last offer - make a deposit of at least 20$ and get 35% reload bonus. And this is just too poor for Playtech casino, I have offers which much more better, for example at Omni or Fly casino it is mush more easier to find better bonus, almost every day, so I did not know why they even bother about it.

And the last and the most pity experience with this casino from me. It is withdrawals. I had two or three withdrawals from this casino, and it took unbelievable long to get paid from Eurogrand casino. I was told by their customer support team that withdrawals took more than 4 days, because they have pending period for all withdrawals. So generally if you withdraw on ewallet you can wait your money within 5 or more days. It is absolutely crazy and did not allow me to play often in this casino.
