I made a withdraw almost three weeks ago 400€. I've sent all the documents they asked, several times. They just keep refunding money back to my account, saying I haven't sent the documents. This is not my first withdraw from Eurogrand, but it will be the last.
Now they have rejected my emails.

Finally they have paid my money. It took almost four weeks. I sent them an email saying that I will find every casino review page in the web and write comments about Eurogrand and the comments are not going to be positive. After that they contacted me, asked once again all the documents and paid my money.
