Casino Room - They have taken my second withdrawal due to unproven accusations
I recently opened an account at Casino Room where I deposited 10 000SEK and received the welcome bonus of 100%.
So With the bonus i had 20 000SEK to play with. The wager requirment for the bonus was 35 times the deposit which gives a wager requirement of 350 000SEK before you can make a withdrawal.

On Casino Room the slots You can play with a bonus active is under the section ”bonus games” and these are the ones you are allowed to play with the bonus active. I only played slots under bonus games!

For 3 entire days I played and managed to fullfil the wager requirement of 350 000SEK.

Once finished I had a balance of about 14 000SEK left. Which is 4000SEK in profit beacuse my deposit was 10000SEK. I made a withdrawal and received the money the day after!

Since it worked quite well the first time I played on casino room I decided to deposit another 1000SEK. This time I had no bonus activated in my account. I played all night and managed to turn these 1000 sek into 19 151SEK playing different slots. Happy with my big win of 18 151SEK I made a new withdrawal but this time i had not received the withdrawal the day after. And when I tried to log in to the site again i got one message that said that my account is blocked ....

I contacted live support and asked them what was wrong and they said i would receive an email later.
In the email I got they said I had cheated and been working together with other people ...
Which for me sounds very strange beacuse it is the first time I play this site! I sent another email confronting them about this and the reply I got was that they would investigate this and send me a reply in 10 days. I have now received the reply and read and I still don’t understand why they took my win of 18 151SEK.

I have saved the emails and only want to get some answers to what has happened! I don’t like being called a cheater when I havent done anything wrong :/ I fulfilled the wager requirement and so on and followed the terms and agreement of the bonus ! I I don’t think this is fair to me as a new player on casino room And I have never experienced anything like this on any other casino site ! I looked online to see if this had happened to other people and found ask gamblers. So this Is why I write to ask gamblers now to try and get some answers.

Casino Room - Delayed Account Verification & Withdrawal Payment

Dear ASKGAMBLERS,

I want to complaint about a withdrawal I have made on the 3rd of March on CasinoRoom.com.

I have made a depost of 10 Euros and selected the 500% bonus so I received 50 Euros and I had to wager it plus my deposit 75 times. I successfully fulfilled the wagering conditions and made a win of 500 Euros respecting the terms and conditions of the casino. On the 3rd of March I required a withdrawal of the amount of my win. The day after, the access to my account was blocked and I received an Email which saying that I have to validate my account by sending my personal ID, an electricity bill including my adress and my name, and a document proving that I am the owner of the bank account from which I have made my deposit.

The Terms and Conditions of the casino says following:

8. Deposits, Transfers and Withdrawals:

8.1.10.

It is a precondition for the processing of withdrawals which cumulatively exceed € 2,000 that You provide Ellmount with a copy of Your valid passport or official identity card (confirming identity and age) and a utility bill (confirming place of residence). In the case of deposits via credit card, the player may be requested to submit a copy of the front and back of the used credit card showing only the first six and last four digits on the front, and hiding the CVV2 number from the back.

Casino Room not paying 57,000 Pounds
I won over 57,000 GBP in Casinoroom October the 28th 2014. The deposit was 500 and the bonus was 500, it was an ongoing bonus offer. I won big playing Dead Or Alive 18 a spin. Before the big win I won around 6000-8000 in slots name Thief or Jack Hammer(I can't recall the exact amounts and games) The casino sent an email they are not willing to pay due to a max bet rule. They say you can't bet over 30% of your current balance in a single bet I remember I checked the terms and condition before and I couldn't find any max bet rule. I went again to check the terms but still couldn't find any 30% rule I checked the Promotion terms and it wasn't there (now they added it to the promotion terms, it was added after I emailed them it is missing and and they admit it wasn't there nor in the full terms or terms of service, the email below prove that fact) I went to check the terms of service but still could find nothing. I clicked inside the terms of service and clicked FULL TERMS and still nothing - no such term I sent them an email asking where in the terms and condition it says you can't bet 30% of your total balance. I joined this casino quite some time ago. Took the 20 no deposit free spins and decided to make a deposit to claim the 100% bonus plus additional 180 free spins on starbust. I busted all the winnings from the free spins and bonus very soon. I made several deposits here but was never lucky to complete wagering or to withdraw any winnings.

This casino has a great game selection for sure and live chat is always available and ready to assist. They have a nice adventure type of system like casino heroes etc. You can win free spins as you enter different planets and progress in the adventure land and other prices too I guess. My favourite games on their website is NextGen, Netent and PlaynGo.

But that’s where it ended. First of all, I am disappointed that you can only progress in the adventure using real money. So when placing bets with bonus money you do not earn XP. You cannot play games from other providers like NextGen with bonus funds, as well as some Netent games has been excluded from playing with bonus funds.

Given these reasons you are so limited when playing with bonus funds which makes it difficult to meet wagering of x45 the bonus funds. Given the restrictions on bonus funds that I mentioned, I feel this casino should not lock real cash, which means a player should be able to withdraw whenever they want to if they strike winnings using their real cash first. I did not enjoy myself while playing at this casino, because I got so disappointed with the above rules, I sometimes just spin the reels to lose my money so I can forget about this casino and move on.

I don’t think I will be playing here in future. I would rate this casino a 4 out of 10 for the good game selection.

Advertising "free spins" when you deposit which are dished out at 20 a day over a number of 10 days...

I have had to contact support every single day because my free spins were not activating and they told me that sometimes the automatic system doesn't work... however this happened EVERY SINGLE DAY and on the 4th day of contacting support for my promised free spins I was told that they were suspending them and "it was my time" to prove my identity. Cecilia was the dreaded rude woman I spoke with who was very patronizing and I almost didn't want to send ID and just let them keep the free spins and be done with them but I sent it anyway. My previous review has been removed obviously as I have left negative feedback so here goes again. My feedback is fair and I think other users should be kept up to date.
This online casino is poor, I could not get the quickfire games to work, so this only left me with a handful of games that I could play on their site.

When I first came across this casino, it struck me as a little weird having a name like Room. Then I realized that it had socialising functions, which I wasn't interested in at all. I'm a player, not a socialiser. If I want to socialise, I would do it elsewhere not in a casino room.

When I signed up many years ago, Casino Room didn't have that much games to offer, so I wasn't really active then. As Room expanded with more games and more providers, my interest came back, began playing more regularly, and never looked back ever since! Now, it's one of my top favorite non-Playtech casino, losing slightly to Casumo in some aspects, but I cannot do without Room, for now.

Basically, Room has got some of my favorite games from different game providers, so this is good, and this keeps me coming back. I have won and lost numerous times playing these games, at one time getting ahead of the casino with my profits, but now back in the red. Still, I really hope to beat them again sometime in the future! Hehehe.

Payouts were a little slow at first, but have now improved slightly, within 1 day usually, but may take 2 days over the weekends. Okay, so the money people need some weekend breaks too, but we players, we do not want to take any breaks, if possible, especially when the going is good. We just wanna play, play, play, play, everyday with no time at all to shake it off! Borrowing a bit off my darling Taylor Swift there, hahaha.

Just as at Casumo, once I start racing, I would really race at it. I reached the final planet in just a matter of few months and have been there for about 1 year now, maybe more, with no further planet to go to.

Another similar stagnant situation for me at Room as at Casumo. I've also done a good number of the missions, almost completed all of them, but as new games came in, new missions were created. I hardly play these missions anymore nowadays, preferring to concentrate on my gaming instead. Even if I do finish all of them, I'll still be stuck at the final planet, so what's the point really? This is one aspect the management people at Room have not quite resolved, what and where to go next.

So in the meantime, I'll just play along and wait for something new and better to come up. If nothing happens, well, there are many new casinos out there that are speeding up in popularity. Sooner or later, Casino Room may be left far far behind, so watch out!!!

I signed up to casino room last year. They have loads of slots and a nice rewards system. Site looks OK and easy to navigate. They do have promotions almost every day and if they don't you can go to livechat and ask for a deposit bonus, you usually get one..

I'm not a high roller but I do play there on a weekly basis. I can not say anything about withdraw system because I never managed to cash out, also I never received free spins or good will gestures so can't say anything about that as well...

I will rate this casino an honest 8.5, because like I said before I did never cash out so never experienced the withdraw process .
