I want to complaint about a withdrawal I have made on the 3rd of March on CasinoRoom.com.

I have made a depost of 10 Euros and selected the 500% bonus so I received 50 Euros and I had to wager it plus my deposit 75 times. I successfully fulfilled the wagering conditions and made a win of 500 Euros respecting the terms and conditions of the casino. On the 3rd of March I required a withdrawal of the amount of my win. The day after, the access to my account was blocked and I received an Email which saying that I have to validate my account by sending my personal ID, an electricity bill including my adress and my name, and a document proving that I am the owner of the bank account from which I have made my deposit.

The Terms and Conditions of the casino says following:

It is a precondition for the processing of withdrawals which cumulatively exceed € 2,000 that You provide Ellmount with a copy of Your valid passport or official identity card (confirming identity and age) and a utility bill (confirming place of residence). In the case of deposits via credit card, the player may be requested to submit a copy of the front and back of the used credit card showing only the first six and last four digits on the front, and hiding the CVV2 number from the back.

Today I asked the live support again if there are any news about my account validation, and the reply was that they did not receive any kind of picture where I am holding my passport (Face ID), I have sent screenshots of the confirmation email to the chat, then they said they will give me an answer within an hour. I still did not receive any answer and the access to my account is since the 3rd March blocked.

The past TWO times withdrawing money the 3-5 day withdrawal time stated in casino rooms t&c has been violated and I am given the excuse that their is a “delay” with their payment provider. Also when I requested a way to contact the payment provider myself I was denied that request. Whereas it used to be very simple and quick to withdraw money from casino room where I could request the withdrawal on a Saturday and at the latest I would gave the money by Thursday at the latest. This has now turned into 5+ business days the past two withdrawals whereas I’m still waiting for a $400 withdrawal I made on the 7th. Making it 6 banking days atm. Very frustrating.

Casino Room - Have not received my winnings

I've been waiting over a month for my winnings. I've gone through the verification process and been in touch with customer support at casino room several times. The first time the bank transfer was rejected by my bank and the money was refunded to my casino room account. I then confirmed the bank transfer information needed with my bank and went through the withdrawal process again. It has now been over a week and I still do not have the winnings in my account. I was told via email from customer support yesterday that their system shows the issue was settled and that it shows my withdrawal of $437 was settled with the provider. I've checked my account and the money is not there. I'm extremely frustrated and have no idea what to do at this point to get my winnings. Hi i started useing this casino on the weekend over all i won what was displayed in my acount as £175. i deposited in euros say 25eur wich shows in my acount as £21 i. my last cashout of £25 i asked to be reversed but when was reversed it showed as £21. i have spoken to an operator and he has tryed to say the casino dosnt deal in pounds but it clearly shown as £25 when i withdrew so when it was reversed it should say £25 again but it dosnt it says £21 i have a record of the chat if needed.

Casino Room stumped me. I had no idea this place existed, I am a veteran gambler playing for well over a decade online, and I have accounts *everywhere* (in to the hundreds). This casino is gooood.. Casino room is of course very good casino with a great selection of games. Microgaming, Netent, Nextgen, they even had Aristocrat games which is rare software for casinos.
I join Casino room long time ago, 3 or even 4 years ago, and since that I am still playing there around once per month, because they usually send me bonuses, free spins, or invite to take part on interesting promotions.

My last deposit in this casino was 50$ with 50% bonus which was sent to me by email. By the way I like their emails with promo, it is possible just click on link from email, log in and just make deposit, and bonus will be credited and I even did not need to enter bonus code like at many others casinos. I start playing aristocrat games, but I think this games not interesting, and I just switch to Thunderstruck II, where I already has all achievements so I was able to choose any bonus feature which I want. But it was hard to trigger bonus game, so I just left this game and go to dead or alive, with 50$ I was betting 27 penny per spin, and I playing few hours till lost my deposit. There was on chance to get 5 wilds on pay line, but last wild on 3 reel did not come and I did not get +5 spins more. Such things happens to me with dead or alive few times, when I had 4 wilds on pay line, and I was need only 5, but it just did not come. My first Impressions were of a well designed and well thought out Casino Venture with all the bells and whistles that I like when I search for a good casino :

I sign up at casino room maybe 1 year ago when I saw they were giving free spins for joining their casino.
Casino Room is mainly Netent gaming platform and yes they have some of the BetSoft Games, but anyway I don't like BetSoft games, but when they are giving free spins like now for Easter they were all on Betsoft games, which I didnt like, if I wanted to play Betsoft games I would register and deposit some of that casinos.

I actually joined CasinoRoom way back in 2011 but just made my first deposit here a fortnight ago. CasinoRoom sent me an e-mail with a bonus of 300% on my first deposit which I of course took and unlike other casinos they let me deposit only $10 to receive the bonus normally it has to be at least 20-30 to receive these type of deposit bonuses so this was good. On top of this I also received a free $5 this gave me $54 to play with! Which is a great amount to work with on Net-Ent Slots.

My first port of call with my cash was Fruit Case. I did my usual play 20c a spin until it keeps losing then upped my cash to 60c hit the free spins round on 60c which gave me $70 something to play with now. I then immediately switched to Jack Hammer original and just keep clicking at 25c a spin to the point it just went crazy netting me $47 more with nearly a full screen of paperboys! Learning from previous sessions I switched slot again this time to Jack Hammer 2 just at lowest spin cost possible 50cents a spin. Jack Hammer 2 wasn’t as kind to me as original was so I came off it immediately and was down an awful lot.

Casino room has only Netent games in times when I join them, but as I see right now they have much more games, and this is good, because they do not sit without any doings, they keep manding casino better and better.
I start from 40$ deposit which was doubled. Bad thing that i made deposit from my webmoney account, but my deposit does not appear on my account, and only 10 minutes later it is appeared. But money anyway comes, and I start my playing in this casino.

I start from Robin Hood slot, and honestly, I think this is one of the bad slot on all Netent portfolio. I never see on this slot any good wins, and I am not sure how it can pay something, so I just lost 10$ on it with not big bet, and left it.
After it I go to Jack and beanstalk slot, and this slot I like much more than Robin Hood, because it can pay you big amounts on free spins, also it has very nice feature called running wilds. Casino Room is not your average online casino it has been online since 2005. It features four softwares to make my experience more than exquisite after I registered with them. Microgaming being my top pick on games, Net Entertainment sliding in second, Evolution Gaming and Betsoft.

I would like Casino room more if the currency is again my own.
I started with their Euros currency and deposited $30 getting around 22 in Euros. I've also included a bonus code for 5 extra euros with no wagering side effects.
Folks if you want to receive a bonus you must be eligible for it and it will appear in the deposit section of your account. This means I had to enter the codes manually to receive the bonuses. I had trouble trying to figure out how to get back to my overview account, there was no button to go to the previous page so every time I had to click on Casino Room to get back to the homepage. It was irritating to go back and forth!
For 27 euros with the no wagering bonus I spent it on Immortal Romance, Untamed Bengal Tiger, Victorious, Starburst, and Disco Spins . It wasn't easy to bet smaller than usual but it made my balance safe from getting a zero!

Registering here was a complete nightmare I remember. I was attracted to this casino because of the fact they had a free no deposit promotion on at the time and the fact that they had both the NetEnt and Microgaming software, along with a few others. I registered well I thought I did but I never received the email verification from them so I could click the link to activate my accounts. I waited a while to see if it came through and it didn't but then I completely forgot about it all together and it wasn't until a month or two later when I seen it again that I remembered hadn't had the email. So I tried registering again and it said I hadn't completed the first registration and gave me the option to do it then... So I tried but the email just never came through. I finally managed two get account activated by contacting their customer support, which again took ages, but nevertheless it was done.

I was a little disappointed to learn that they don't have a massive range of the Microgaming slots, but it was alright. I was impressed they had so many of the NetEnt ones though which balances it out for me. They also have all of the 3D slots like Mr Vegas and Glam Life, not ones I personally play but if you do like those slots there are plenty to choose from. Ones I do enjoy playing from the Betsoft range are 'Once upon a time, Mad Scientist and Invaders. I actually prefer Maddist Scientist, but they done have that one here. So if your thinking about having a play with the 3D slots I would definitely recommend playing them ones first.

I received my free no deposit offer from them so was able to give their slots a go before depositing. I did go on and make my first deposit a few days later where I received a deposit match of 100% which came with a wagering of 35 times.

Unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to make a withdrawal, but in all honesty I didn't really win much at all. Their slots play ok... But nothing special nothing really to celebrate over. I just kept having little wins here and there so whilst I was happy was wagering quickly I just needed those one or two big wins to get me started, but it wasn't to be.
