Bronze Casino - Not paying my withdrawal
I processed a withdrawal for €750 on 3rd August 2020 and on the 6th August 2020 I received a confirmation email that my withdrawal had been processed and to allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in account.

I chased this up on the 12th August just to ask when it was paid. I was informed that my payment was paid out and had bounced back.
I was advised that Finance will be reissuing an additional wire for 750 euros and to allow another 3-5 business days.

On 18th August 2020 I again chased this up with the team just to clarify what day my wire payment was made as I had still not received the funds into my account.

I received a response back from Jill the clubs account manager advising that they are hoping I will be paid today but she was waiting for authorization.
My withdrawal has been fast tracked whatever that meant but was waiting for the finance department to open and process her request.

I was somewhat confused by this email but assumed that as she advised my withdrawal would be fast tracked and they were hoping to pay me that day that the funds will appear in my account.

To my disappointment I was advised that my payment was never re-issued as advised in the email dated the 12th August and I received no emails from Bronze Casino advising me of the delay. I was again told that my payment bounced back and that they were trying to re-issue my payment and to again allow 3-5 business days.

I emailed back advising of my sheer disappointment and asked how to raise a complaint, however this information was not forthcoming.

However today 19th August 2020 I received an email advising that the following “ There seems to be an issue with our bank system.
We will credit you your winnings ASAP once its its fixed.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
As soon as we pay you, you will be notified as fast as possible.

I want the casino to come pay me my winnings I am just being told conflicting information, no clear clarity when I email. An appalling casino that are clearly delaying paying out their customers.

Nothing. The basic level of customer service was appalling. I would suggest to give this site a wide berth.

Took nearly 3 weeks to be paid my winnings. Always an obstacle put in the way. BIC code, IBAN, ID incorrect.... etc. Only with the help of AskGamblers did I receive my money.
I contacted their lawyers (chamberslaw.com) this was the best way to get action taken.

They have a nice selection of games from the big providers, not just bad ones.

This site is very slow. I had alot of problems with lag, server load etc. Furthermore the times I wanted to contact the support, they either didn't respond or where offline. If this was due to problems on the site or chat I don't know. I'm not sure I would recommend this specific site. Not due to slot variance, but due to how the site works for me. I'm using chrome on desktop and a ios smartphone.

450% deposit bonus up to 6000€ sounds intruiging but I do not know TC regarding it

It has been a few months since I sent them an e-mail (they did not have a live chat at the time) and I am still waiting for their reply so I could possibly create an account

Didn’t actually play so can’t say anything positive

I couldn’t manually set a deposit limit. I had to go through to live chat and was asked “can I have a reason for you wanting to set a deposit limit” straight away that was a big warning sign. I wouldn’t trust any site which asked me this so I explained I wasn’t happy with not being able to manually set a deposit limit and I was not happy being asked for a reason (which I explained was my right as a customer and all sites should legally have a responsible gambling feature readily available to any customer) I decided not to deposit and will be closing my account.

I could deposit via iDeal, which is nice for dutch players.

I made a deposit and received the money after 13 days.
The live chat is rude and doesn't solve your questions, the bonus isn't worth taking: you can only play the bonus money on limited providers after playing through your cash balance.
You can not unsubscribe from the emails via the mails you get from them (the unsubscribe button doesn't work).

They will not block your account when you ask for it. To me it seems like this casino will do anything to get your money and wont do any good to their players. There are far better casinos to play at which are more fair and have better terms.

Deposit methods are good, visa, master, trustly etc. Also the site loads quickly.

Pending time is awful; up to five days and with my experience it takes that five days exactly.
Bonuses can only be played at small provider games all majors excluded, and site does not allow you to select games only by providers so you have to know provider of the game by name or try to click and close them until you luckily find correct one. Also you have to ask wagering status via live chat because you cannot get that info anywhere else.
You are also limited to withdraw only 20X amount deposited when getting deposit bonus. You get deposit bonus automatically if you dont cancel it via live chat. Also wagering requiremets are in line with other casinos (x35) and this 20x withdraw limitation makes this really bad compared to other casinos.
Chat support is usually available, but they are extremely limited about what they can do when I compare to other casinos ive played (+20).
Ive been waiting over five days to them to reply my email, nothing so far.

If you want to play knowing that if you hit really big you still cannot withdraw all that money after wagering, and dont want anybody to answer your email within reasonable time and you want to wait five days + handling time your money, then this is great casino for you.
