Payment still not received after 2 weeks
My withdrawal was approved on the 1st April ‘20 to which I have email confirmation/proof. As per the T&Cs I waited 5 days before trying to contact the Finance department by email to see where my money was to no avail, they seem to be ignoring me. Ive been in touch with the chat service on the website who aren’t much help, they keep telling me I have to send in the same bank statement relating to my card which I have done via email to the finance department and through the chat service on 5+ separate occasions now. On the 9th of April I spoke with the chat service again which I’ve attached the transcript of asking where my money was they tried telling me I needed to send in the same documents again. They eventually confirmed the finance department had all relevant docs. After not receiving the money again I contacted them on the 13th where I was once again told the same story that I needed to send in this bank statement. I’ve now sent in countless times. I reluctantly did so AGAIN and was told they would process it. Frankly I don’t believe a word they say now and would appreciate some help in trying to to resolve the matter.
