Bronze Casino - Not paying my withdrawal
I processed a withdrawal for €750 on 3rd August 2020 and on the 6th August 2020 I received a confirmation email that my withdrawal had been processed and to allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in account.

I chased this up on the 12th August just to ask when it was paid. I was informed that my payment was paid out and had bounced back.
I was advised that Finance will be reissuing an additional wire for 750 euros and to allow another 3-5 business days.

On 18th August 2020 I again chased this up with the team just to clarify what day my wire payment was made as I had still not received the funds into my account.

I received a response back from Jill the clubs account manager advising that they are hoping I will be paid today but she was waiting for authorization.
My withdrawal has been fast tracked whatever that meant but was waiting for the finance department to open and process her request.

I was somewhat confused by this email but assumed that as she advised my withdrawal would be fast tracked and they were hoping to pay me that day that the funds will appear in my account.

To my disappointment I was advised that my payment was never re-issued as advised in the email dated the 12th August and I received no emails from Bronze Casino advising me of the delay. I was again told that my payment bounced back and that they were trying to re-issue my payment and to again allow 3-5 business days.

I emailed back advising of my sheer disappointment and asked how to raise a complaint, however this information was not forthcoming.

However today 19th August 2020 I received an email advising that the following “ There seems to be an issue with our bank system.
We will credit you your winnings ASAP once its its fixed.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
As soon as we pay you, you will be notified as fast as possible.

I want the casino to come pay me my winnings I am just being told conflicting information, no clear clarity when I email. An appalling casino that are clearly delaying paying out their customers.

Nice bonus and nice free spins although limited to a few games but, hey, it's free money. So far have won my deposit back and I will continue playing. All in all it's a good casino like all other ones from Alpha Interactive. Never had problems with them. Obviously I know I am playing at a casino and that at some stage they are going to win but it is my choice, my way of having fun, spending a few quids the way I like it. Good one Alpha!

People in chat cannot do much but all in all was a good experience.

When playing with your own money game selection is quite ok.

This is maybe my worst casino experience so far.
- Welcome bonus can be only played on games of 2 providers.
- You can't follow your wagering unless you ask about it from Chat.
- No responsible gambling controls
- Chat was working well for me, but they can't do much.
- They don't respond to their support e-mail. I have tried to contact them 3 times via e-mail, but never got any response. It's been 7-8 days from first e-mail. (I'm trying to close my account permanently, because of the bad general experience I got here).

Didn't win anything, so I can't say if withdrawing works or not.

Plenty of games. Standard welcome bonus. Live chat. Pretty much a basic layout like any other from Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V. Casinos.

So I joined up as I saw they accepted AUD (but really it's all converted to euros). I noticed they had a 200% bonus with a code you put in upon deposit. I decided to skip the bonus as I had a feeling the bonus would severely limit the game play. Upon deposit I was given the bonus anyway and sure enough you can't play any of the major providers with bonus funds. Your limited to ones like playson(yawn). Played Draculas family and lost half my deposit in a few mins. Went into another game and tried betting $1.50 per spin and every time it would say bet value has been decreased to match bonus??? or something like that. I decided to try another game and every time a new game loads it would say "you have an active previous session" and it would take me back to that game that wont let me spin the $1.50. Go out, clear cache, log back in try Load a new game and again you have a previous session. In the end managed to get it to 0 and tried closing account but chat didn't seem to respond. I honestly don't know what that experience was but I can guarantee I'm avoiding all Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V. Casinos as I remember the same experience at magic slots. Lesson learned.
