Bronze Casino - Not paying my withdrawal
I processed a withdrawal for €750 on 3rd August 2020 and on the 6th August 2020 I received a confirmation email that my withdrawal had been processed and to allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in account.

I chased this up on the 12th August just to ask when it was paid. I was informed that my payment was paid out and had bounced back.
I was advised that Finance will be reissuing an additional wire for 750 euros and to allow another 3-5 business days.

On 18th August 2020 I again chased this up with the team just to clarify what day my wire payment was made as I had still not received the funds into my account.

I received a response back from Jill the clubs account manager advising that they are hoping I will be paid today but she was waiting for authorization.
My withdrawal has been fast tracked whatever that meant but was waiting for the finance department to open and process her request.

I was somewhat confused by this email but assumed that as she advised my withdrawal would be fast tracked and they were hoping to pay me that day that the funds will appear in my account.

To my disappointment I was advised that my payment was never re-issued as advised in the email dated the 12th August and I received no emails from Bronze Casino advising me of the delay. I was again told that my payment bounced back and that they were trying to re-issue my payment and to again allow 3-5 business days.

I emailed back advising of my sheer disappointment and asked how to raise a complaint, however this information was not forthcoming.

However today 19th August 2020 I received an email advising that the following “ There seems to be an issue with our bank system.
We will credit you your winnings ASAP once its its fixed.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
As soon as we pay you, you will be notified as fast as possible.

I want the casino to come pay me my winnings I am just being told conflicting information, no clear clarity when I email. An appalling casino that are clearly delaying paying out their customers.

I came across this Bronze Casino sometime last year, saw that it was owned and operated by Alpha Interactive, so that immediately turned me off from signing up at the casino! But yesterday, I guess I had nothing better to do, my fingers were getting itchy for some slotting action, and I was thinking to myself, “aah, what the heck, just give it try”, so I did! Hehehe.

Okay, I must honestly admit that I was kinda swayed into taking their Easter Bonus offering of 222% + 100 free spins, but on later thoughts, both were nothing special actually, or even any better than their standard offerings. Anyway, after registering and making a 20 EUR deposit, I had to request from their Live Chat host to add in manually the extra 22% bonus and the 50 extra free spins, simply because the system only credited the standard on-going welcoming offer. Not only that, the host had to do her things twice – firstly, to add the 22% bonus, then secondly, to change the free spins amount to 100. Why she didn't do it both in one go? Well, probably she forgot, or she missed it, or whatever, but I'd let you decide on that for yourself. What mattered to me was that I finally got both, but only after about 30 minutes or so of patiently waiting! Hmm, talk about speed of customer support…she was probably too occupied with too many customers at that time, which certainly kept us customers waiting unnecessarily! Not good at all!

The other things that I always do not like about certain group of casinos, are their wagering requirements on bonuses and free spins, including the very limited game providers in their portfolio. In Bronze Casino's case, the 30x deposit+bonus turnover is still on the high side, limiting the playable games when using bonus money has always been a big deterrent for me, and without my favourite games to play, I could only play on BetSoft games, simply because the other providers do not suit my taste at all. Casinos without NetEnt, Microgaming or PlaynGo games are always a big no-no to me, so most probably Bronze Casino would need to go off my playing list very soon too!

Sadly enough, there isn’t anything that I do like about Bronze Casino, not even the navigation around the website, but the absence of real-time wager tracking is the biggest let down of all! These casinos have always said that the platform they are using do not allow for such real-time tracking, but that to me, is just a lot of bull droppings!

I have read a few bad reviews about this casino but I have been using this casino for the last few months and have never received any problems,
Customer service is second to none always polite and don’t leave you waiting,
The other day I could not find my 30 free spins so I went on to the chat and explained my problem and before the chat was finished there was 60 free spins and a apology,
I went to this casino because the games on other sites were getting so predictable ie; BTG, Netend etc,
I have never made a withdrawal so can’t comment on that, but that’s because I very rarely withdraw from any casino because I play for fun and don’t see the point of taking it out just to put it back in again the next week.

If I’m forced to put something in the dislike box it would have to be that I don’t win on every press of the button !!!!!!!!

I receive text message spam from one of their affiliates. I have contacted them about this 3 times by now, only to receive absolutely no response (as non registered). Their live chat is never working (during work hours) and they don't reply to any form of contact as of yet (2 months). A GDPR compliant company should be aware and proactive in how they are being marketed, and take action when one of their affiliates is spamming potential consumers. I will NOT be registering here, since this is apparently not of interest to them

Let me play £1400 then said when I ask was it ok to play as I was from the uk as I checked reviews on them and saw it mentioned. Can’t get back into my account surely this isn’t allowed is scamming please be careful people.

If you want to experience top level disappointment contact with customer service who has no professional attitude, really unhelpful and misguide. I got an email for the free spins from the casino and when I ask to customer service they told me you can't get that free spins. In short I m going to upload the whole conversation screenshots and you guys can understand the whole mater.

They closed my account when I questioned them not being authorised in the Uk

This is not allowed to register customers in the Uk. it claimed there was an issue with visa but took 5 deposits anyway which showed as failed, but were authorized on my account. This site is a con do not use

Continiously spamming me with SMS text messages and they keep doing it after several emails and chats.

The games were ok and plentyfull, the use of the system fine.

That I was able to register and play Yet I am from the UK and they do not allow UK players.. This day in age surely not hard to stop access from a country that is not accepted, even the registration process has the country you are from and has the UK in that option so why would you think you could not play ??, Also the phone section was automatically filled with +44 and the email was a .co.uk.

Yet they are able to still accept you. Yes the T&C state that no use for UK hidden in the T&C.

This to me is a con and a way to profiteer from customers.

There is no reason for this and the countries not covered should be not an option to choose in the registration process, yes you can still get around this but then why would you if you wanted a withdrawal at a later stage this would just then be refused as you clearly gave incorrect information.. ( so this would not be an argument from any casino )

I tried to get my account suspended when I noticed they didn't accommodate visa deposits. The support chat offered me "ways around the system" rather than banning my account to make a non visa deposit which I didn't want and again asked for my account to be banned, they then offered me a "special" bonus if I deposited using paysafecard and continued to ignore my suspension request. Finally they banned my account after 5 minutes of asking.

They have a good selection of games (taken you don't use the deposit bonus)

Nothing good to say about it otherwise, you can only use a few providers with bonus money. But most of all, my biggest nuisance is that I get called pretty much every day. And a voicemail message says: Hi this is Anna from Bronze casino and we have a bonus for you. I would blacklist the number but I can't because they're calling with an unknown caller ID. STOP CALLING ME ALREADY!!!!!
