They are constant problem after problem- type of casino. You may have to go 100 different time's in chat to try to resolve simple issue. They don't care to give info in one session, you have to go again and again to get one reason per session. "Do that, then it's ok.".. Well then it's not, and you have to go again "Ok, you have to do that too." ok, nothing solved, and yet again same wheel goes around. Pain in b**** this place. The site has horrible layout.

Bonanzagame casino is one of the latest casinos I explored. I noticed them on askgamblers when they got added to the newly added casinos list and since I am always eager to try out new casinos, I went to check them out.

There were many things that I instantly liked about this casino- first of all they offer a good welcome bonus package that varies from 150% to 100% match bonus and some offers also include free spins. Secondly they are powered by several software providers including Netent, so I was really excited.

So for their first welcome bonus they offer a match bonus of 150% along with 50 free spins on one of Microgamings slots, that's your choice. I read the terms and noticed that my country was allowed to play there. I did try to contact live chat to ask a few details but no one connected to the chat so I didn't bother. So after registration I went to the deposit page and deposited 20$ with my credit card. After that I didn't get any bonus whatsoever so I then contacted support again. I was told that I didn't use the promotional code and therefore I couldn't get the bonus. However, support told me that I could still use the code upon my next deposit, but again- I couldn't make a withdrawal of my first deposit I had just made. That was quite upsetting as I somehow didn't notice the code. Anyways I played Immortal Romance with my deposit and lost it quite soon.

The next day I made another deposit and claimed the bonus- this time successfully. I lost the match bonus but the spins were wager free so from them I managed to win 20$ that I withdrew to my skrill account and got within few hours without prior verification.

Overall I do like this casino and I think  that the bonuses are decent, but I think that match bonuses should have lower wagering. Also the variety of games that are available for mobile was quite small and as a fan for mobile play I was disappointed.

Live help is no use at all: "I dont understand what you are saying" was probably the most common response to a simple question. In general I had about 6k @ withdrawal. I was told to make a deposit by credit card so it would be "easier" to withdraw my money. After I told them no I was given one withdrawal through skrill and rest left left waiting. Consider they promise 12 hours during the week & 24 hours at weekend, well took 3 days before they finally accepted that I wont use any other than skrill. I checked and the money came from rather dubious account with @gmail.com at the end. Perhaps they dont have an official account with sikrill? Anyway I would not recommend this site to anyone who intends o withdraw more than 1k. All my documents were accepted before withdrawal so that should not cause any delays. Anyway I'm far from happy and never ran into this type of delay tactics.

Only have positive words to say about Bonanzagame. I joined a couple of days ago and took first deposit bonus, managed to complete wagering and my first cashout was approved in less than 30 mins !

Slow site, lagging a lot, game's lagging etc. So I think they still have to work for getting site to work better since the lagging was really bad. Had few problem's and support were talking strangely so I was confused many time's. But still got good session and withdrawal made.

Extremely fast payouts! I had my account verified and and payouts processed in less than 2 hours. Only average wagering requirements but the bonus seems to be non sticky. The coin values on some netent games are different from what I am used to so I made bets over the bonus bet limit. I notified support and was told that since I was still on my real money balance this was not an issue and that it is not possible to make higher bets on the bonus.
