Extremly fast withdrawals - I have never waited more than 15 minutes!

Usually I do not write good about casinos. Usually I write when I hate smth. But this time I want to change my principles. I made a deposit of $200 and finished the day with $9800. After 2 failed attempts at BonanzaGame Casino, that didn't stop me from trying a third time - hoping that it'll be third-time-lucky for a nice change. So I made my third $20 deposit and paid that huge $2 deposit fee yet again, wishing that I wish I could deposit $50 instead to avoid paying that fee, but I'm not a big depositor anymore, not like before.

Good games and every weekend they have a 100% match deposit. One time I violated the rules by betting more than 5 while I had bonus money. I wasn't sure of it because your bonus money and real balance is separated from the start when playing games.

You can't bet more than 5 dollars despite the fact that your deposit money and bonus balance is separated. So while there is any bonus on your account, even if used or not (because first you play with your deposit), you still can't bet more than 5 dollars and thus playing games like blackjack like it is supposed to. I have deposited many many times, but I have not once gotten any reward or comp points which I can exchange for credits or anything of the kind.

I honestly don't know how anyone can recommend this account. The site lags horribly, games don't load, balance gets bugged.

Bonanzagame casino is one of the latest casinos I explored. I noticed them on askgamblers when they got added to the newly added casinos list and since I am always eager to try out new casinos, I went to check them out.

There were many things that I instantly liked about this casino- first of all they offer a good welcome bonus package that varies from 150% to 100% match bonus and some offers also include free spins. Secondly they are powered by several software providers including Netent, so I was really excited.

So for their first welcome bonus they offer a match bonus of 150% along with 50 free spins on one of Microgamings slots, that's your choice. I read the terms and noticed that my country was allowed to play there. I did try to contact live chat to ask a few details but no one connected to the chat so I didn't bother. So after registration I went to the deposit page and deposited 20$ with my credit card. After that I didn't get any bonus whatsoever so I then contacted support again. I was told that I didn't use the promotional code and therefore I couldn't get the bonus. However, support told me that I could still use the code upon my next deposit, but again- I couldn't make a withdrawal of my first deposit I had just made. That was quite upsetting as I somehow didn't notice the code. Anyways I played Immortal Romance with my deposit and lost it quite soon.

The next day I made another deposit and claimed the bonus- this time successfully. I lost the match bonus but the spins were wager free so from them I managed to win 20$ that I withdrew to my skrill account and got within few hours without prior verification.

Live help is no use at all: "I dont understand what you are saying" was probably the most common response to a simple question. In general I had about 6k @ withdrawal.
