Today i wanted too see if my withdraw of 200 Euro was succesfully processed. But again i saw that wasn't the case. I specificly asked the day before if i wanted to cashb out my winnings could there be a reason that it would be declined, no problem was the answer. But for reason i had to make deposit without claiming a bonus and thats why i didn't get it. I think this is ridiculous and i want my 200 euro. And just as fast as they accept my money.

When registering, the player had to get acquainted with the terms and conditions of the casino, and we acted within the terms and conditions. According to clause 6.12. If you are making deposits with bonuses more 4 times in a row, you are risking to lose your winnings and keep only the deposit sum, you made to receive the bonus. To benefit from the bonuses and enjoy the winnings, make a deposit (over the average sum of the previous deposits) without bonuses at least once after using 4 bonuses in a row.

In this regard, the winnings were canceled, and the player’s deposit remained on the player’s account.
