777 Casino - Account and withdrawal issues

Hi, I am writing this complaint as I’m having continues problems with 777.com, I signed up on Tuesday 09/02/21 and everything was fine. My bonus worked fine and my account was all set up. That night I deposited £180 into that account and it accepted the deposit with no issues. I was playing for about 2 hours again with no issues and then wanted to with withdraw my funds of £297. Unfortunately as soon as I clicked withdraw funds it logged me out of my account and said my account was temporarily disabled. I then contacted customer support straight away as I was worried I would lose my money.

The man wasn’t very helpful on the phone, he just told me I had to email the operations team as they don’t have a contact number and they will get back to me within 72 hours. 48 hours after that I received an email from the operations team stating my account was suspended With more information or no reply to my original email. It has now been 6 days and I haven’t received any email or phone call or anything back. I was really worried about the situation and my funds I continually called customer support to chase up and they said I should not worry as I am 100% entitled to my money and the situation will be resolved. I’m not sure what else I can do other than submit this complaint as I have contact customer support numerous times and they have just said they will chase it for me then I hear nothing back. Hopefully this complaint helps me to receive either my funds I deposited into the account or the funds I am entitled to in the account.

777 Casino - Funds Not Returned After Account Closure

On 5/12/20 I formally requested by email that 777 close my account with them. At the time I had an active cash balance of £1120 on the account.

On 8/12/20 I received a reply confirming that the account was now closed (attachment A). At this time they also requested I confirm some personal details to finalize the procedure (also on attachment A).

On 9/12/20 I replied to confirm the personal details as instructed. I also requested confirmation that the cash balance had been returned to my debit card / bank account (attachment B).

After this email I received no further correspondence whatsoever from 777 and the money never appeared in my bank. Over the next month I sent a total of a further 6 emails to pursue the matter (attachments C, D, E, F, G & H). I didn’t receive a single reply to any of them, I was completely ignored. The date of these emails ranged from 14/12/20 to 13/1/21 as you can see.

On 13/1/21 I tried to log into the account to see if I could speak to someone directly on their live chat facility. I was surprised that I was able to log in even though the account was supposed to be closed. Unfortunately their live chat wasn’t online, however it did give me an opportunity to take a screenshot to prove that the cash balance of £1120 was still active on the account and hadn’t been refunded to my bank as requested (attachment I).

On 15/1/21 I finally managed to speak to someone on live chat. They confirmed again that the account had indeed been closed, but that the funds were still in the bankroll as I hadn’t submitted a withdrawal request (even though I’d obviously requested this many times as you can see). I again asked them to send the money to my bank account, at which point they told me to log in to their web cashier through a direct external link provided that would enable me to make a withdrawal from a closed account. I have provided screenshots of the conversation (attachments K & L).

You can imagine my frustration at this point. If someone had actually bothered to reply to any of my emails and informed me I could make a withdrawal this way then I would have done so from the outset and avoided all of this unnecessary hassle and stress. However, I thought at least the matter would be finally sorted now so I left it at that and made the withdrawal as instructed (see attachment J). Please note the value of the withdrawal was now slightly higher as I had been credited some extra cash for the comp points I had accumulated through prior gameplay. The balance was now £1132 instead of £1120 as you can see.

However this unfortunately was not the end of the saga. The money still never appeared in my bank and I received no further contact from 777 until 3 weeks later on 6/2/21. This was in the form of an email to inform me that the funds had not in fact been sent to my bank as requested, but had actually been transferred back to my gaming account again! (Even though it was supposed to be closed!).

I’ve reached the end of my tether with this now. I’ve exhausted all avenues to try and get this resolved myself so I have no other option than to make this complaint. I can’t even log into my account anymore to speak to live chat again as I just get a message saying the account is disabled (attachment N) because obviously it’s closed. They are effectively refusing to give me my own money back which is quite frankly criminal and disgusting behaviour from what is supposed to be a reputable gaming company. Please help me, I don’t know what else to do and I need my money back, this has been going on for months now!

I spotted an advert for this casino offering a comparatively large £21 no deposit bonus just recently alongside a favourable review from an existing player so decided it might be worth checking them out. I guess the name "777" should have given me a clue, but I was gutted when I started checking out the website and discovered that this was yet another of the plethora of on-line gaming sites operated by Cassava, AKA 888. Whilst I haven't suffered too badly at the hands of this group - certainly not in comparison to the horror stories I read with alarming frequency whilst browsing gaming forums on-line, I did make a decision some time ago that I didn't agree with their business practices and would avoid playing at their properties as a result. Every time I deviate from my views on this matter I inevitably end up regretting having done so, most recently at "Spinzilla" where I accepted their first deposit match bonus with outrageous 50x deposit plus bonus wagering requirement - unsurprisingly I didn't come close to clearing this huge mountain of required betting, so I won't be repeating that mistake by putting my own money in again at 777.

I did choose to accept the £21 free play bonus - it was free money, after all. The terms and conditions were unbelievably long and I didn't think there was any realistic chance of reaching the chance to make a withdrawal so I looked only for the most relevant items when playing with no deposit money such as the wagering requirement and permitted games. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw winnings from this offer are capped at just £21, and that's after you have wagered the money thirty times ... a deposit of £15 is required before the money can be withdrawn as well which is not unfair or unusual but nevertheless adds to the feeling that this bonus is nothing more than a ploy to try and rope in new paying customers. Okay, okay I know all bonuses are essentially promotional devices intended to attract players, but they work much better if the player feels they are getting a good deal, which for me, this bonus does not!

Such trickery is not new with this group of course, and forms the majority of peoples objections to the casinos they operate. Another example would be the deposit bonus of 100% up to £200 - the signup form has the bonus code "WELCOME777" already entered into the relevant field, and if you do not remove it then when you make your deposit in order to withdraw your no deposit bonus winnings, you will automatically be credited with the match bonus which comes with it's own wagering, preventing you from making a withdrawal until (and unless) you manage to complete that second mountain of mandatory bets. Remove the code from the form, just in case you do manage to win yourself a free £21 and you will no longer be able to claim the match bonus, even if you lose the no deposit money... it's a no win situation for the player and a reputable casino would offer a solution to this catch-22, but of course Cassava do not.

Some players do report positive experiences with these casinos but clearly their standards are much lower than mine. Withdrawal times are among the worst around, support generally (but not always) unhelpful and unknowledgable, particularly with more detailed aspects of the casino and don't even think about any kind of technical query to do with the games. It's simply not good enough!

This was a good casino gave good bonus and I enjoyed it but when u win then trouble starts

I won on my bonus money I wagered what I had to had cashed out I was left with 200. I redo posited a day or 2 later when they gave me a option to double my money I only ever deposit thr min and won another 200 so cashed our. Waited about 2 wks to get my money after complaining on here it's the only way I had any sense once my complaint went live.

Then yesterday received a email saying my account as been restricted I will no longer be allowed bonus of any kind cause I broke their rules I was using their bonuses winning and cashing out and that's not allowed. So if you play on here and win you have to gamble it until u lose. Stay away from this casino

Nice layout on the site. Looks modern. Range of games is ok, but great.

Site is very buggy, constantly being logged out. Also had a major problem with several of the slots cutting off the top and bottom of the screen, so it was impossible to see how much I was betting/winning. Had the same issue on another browser as well.

Didn't stay very long, played a few quid, forfeited the bonus and left it. Anything of the 888 group is not recommend.

Not a lot? The games are good in choice but everything else from a service element is shocking to say the least.

I became a member at Casino 777 about two months ago. I saw their promotion somewhere on the net, saying that they offer 21€ free play. Knowing they have various software providers including Netent, I was interested in their free offer, yet I didn't really understand what free play meant in this situation, as usually free play bonuses are given for some period of time and later you need to deposit to wager your winnings.

I registered there but the bonus wasn't in my account and since I couldn't find live support option anywhere, I wrote them an email regarding this matter. The next day I received an email which contained an apology for inconvenience and welcoming me, as well as saying that the bonus was added manually.

When I logged in, the bonus was added for me in the Millionaire Genie slot and the free play was used for placing bets, and the winnings I would receive from the game would be my balance later. I played with 0.75€ bets and hit a big win, which exceeded the free play amount, so a window came up saying that I can close the game. I did that because I had read somewhere that the winnings from free play couldn't exceed the free play. So with 21€ balance which had 30x wagering, if I remember correctly, I started to play Twin Spin slot. I played with minimum bets but my balance only went down, not even once getting over the initial amount. I played until my balance reached 5€ and then I went back to Millionaire Genie, hoping I would have some of the luck I had previously. Needless to say, I lost all my funds quickly.

On the first deposit in the casino you receive a bonus of 100% up to 100 free play and on the rest four deposits you will receive bonuses of 30% up to 350 free play. All in all, their welcome bonus offer not impressed me so I gave up the idea to make a deposit here.

Therefore I did not waste time to read the bonus terms and therefore I can’t write something about them. So, the overall impression that the casino left on me is not positive. The live chat agent was not polite and professional and the bonus offer is nothing special. The only thing I liked about this casino is that it offers games from many software providers.

Overall, if you ask me it's not enough for the casino to receive a positive rating from me and I can’t pass over it that their operator was extremely unkind. For 777 Casino I’m giving 5 out of 10 possible stars.
