Payment of £40,000 processed but not received
I made two withdrawals with 777 on 25.12.19. One for £5000, one for £40000.
£5000 was processed and approved on 26.12.19 and received within a day or two.
£40000 was processed and approved on 27.12.19 (although on website says 26.12 - I received approved email on 27.12) and have yet to receive funds to my bank account.
I have emailed several times and received the same sort of reply saying that the holidays could affect this which I understood and received multiple different ‘latest you’ll receive dates’.
These dates have come and gone..
They also told me to check my bank which I did. They said I would see the money the same time they would and the delay would come from the payees side.
I have sent update emails showing my bank statement as proof but haven’t really had any response that fills me with confidence that they are doing anything to solve this just that they are sorry for delay and the holiday period could affect this.. which is strange as the £5000 had no problem in being sent the following day.
