I won $3,000 CAD on December 27, 2019. On December 30, 2019 I received a email stating my funds were wire transferred to me. Today is January 9 and funds are still not in my bank account .
I have had my bank investigate on their end and nothing in that amount has came to my bank. I have sent numerous emails to 777 and they are not doing anything about it.
They said there is no reason the money hasn’t arrived . They don’t seem to care. They have not offered to track down the wire transfer which is there job to work do so .
I want the winnings I’m entitled to this is ridiculous

Hello finds finally came into my account today. Thank so you kindly for posting my complaint. Only twice I had to use this method and both times as soon as I did, I received my winnings .
