Verification issues and delayed payment

I have been waiting for my verification since Thursday, March 19th, where I sent all my documents the first time.

I requested a withdraw on 1520€ the same day, so I have been waiting for more than two weeks on

Verification check goes for too long

Hello. I am writing to inform you that I have problems with the 1acasino. I can 't get my withdrawal.

On January 31, I received a request from the casino that I should provide documents. I sent my documents the same day.

On February 2, I wrote to support to know information about verification of my account. I didn 't get an answer.

On February 8, I contacted the chat and was informed that I would soon receive an answer.

On February 16 and February 18 I wrote again in support. I didn 't get an answer again.

On February 19, I was told in a chat that the verification would be finish soon.

On February 24, I turned in support and they ignored me. My patience was over. The casino is being dishonest.

I have sent about 10 emails, and talked to the tech support "Robert" in the live chat once a week for soon 3 months.

Payment delayed for 4 months

Hello, so i've won on 1ACasino 4 months ago, using a deposit bonus without any limits on the win or withdrawal. After i've fulfilled the wagering requirements for the bonus, i've made a withdrawal request. I have a current balance of 503€. I've received an e-mail where my documents for verification were requested. So i've sent the requested documents right away. Since then i didn't receive either any confirmation or update on my request. I've been written several e-mails to the support team but i didn't receive even one answer. Delay in the withdrawal again

This is my second complaint against 1acasino. The recent complaint was resolved, however, only because of Askgamblers. This time the situation is probably the same. I made a withdrawal of 845 eur on July 23rd. I was told that the withdrawal would be processed the following week. The following week I was told I should receive it on Friday or Saturcay but still nothing, the situation is repeating, everything is happening as the previous time. My experience with 1A Casino is completely different than LIJABA's. I got some promo code of 5€ on my email... wagered it off and won 54€.
I contacted then support and she told me, Julieta or something was the name... that I need to verify my account first...
And she gave me a contact address where I sent my official documents. In about one and a half days I had the whole amount on my bank account. As far as I know, support doesn't process the documents, there's a specific contact email somewhere on the website.

I didn't like the black background color of the site, it made me a bit depressed. Although the games are colorful obviously :)

Nice games and I even managed to win something but........

Worst support ever - I couldnt withdraw the full amount of600 eur even though I wagered away the bonus - so I ended up withdrawing just 260 eur - when I asked the support why this could beshe kept telling me your withdrawal is under review. When I asked again why I couldnt withdraw the complete amount -she said 'I am only in support you should email myboss' - and as the guy above said the email address for the verification doesnt work
