The overall design of a site doesn't look too attractive in my honest opinion, and on of my favorite games ‘Book of Ra’ is not on the games’ list. But overall this is a fun casino.

Where to start. the design is horrible . They don’t have basic things that any casino has . No limits set. No history of payments nor gaming . It seems completely dodgy. The customer support is inexistent as they don’t reply , the chat is barely online. I am waiting for 20 ways my withdraw of 2300 euros . Not winning by the way. They gave me only 850 euros and then hey dissapeard. The website is down and there is no way to access it anymore . I feel like they were a fraud and stole people’s money. I hope I am wrong . I placed a complain vi AskGamblers and waiting a reply. If it ever open stay away! Completely amateurs

I came across this casino two months ago while I was searching for some new casinos with nice deposit bonus. Stumbled upon 1aCasino. Claimed there my first deposit bonus and managed to make a decent withdrawal out of it. Within one hour I had my documents approved and my winnings were paid out the very same day. Good job!

I have sent them an email to increase the bonus for loyal players who come almost every day. I think we should have more benefitial bonuses than newbies. That is just my hones opinion.

I made two deposits there. With first one I got the first deposit bonus (100%). Luck was not on my side as usuall 😶). After a day or two I made second deposit and again, first deposit bonus was credited on my account. I tried to go on chat to ask about that mistake I guess but the chat didn't worked. I wrote email about that two times first deposit bonus and didn't get any response.
More then a week later they stil didn't reply. In my opinion that says a lot about their attitude upon customers.

My experience with 1A Casino is completely different than LIJABA's. I got some promo code of 5€ on my email... wagered it off and won 54€.
I contacted then support and she told me, Julieta or something was the name... that I need to verify my account first...
And she gave me a contact address where I sent my official documents. In about one and a half days I had the whole amount on my bank account. As far as I know, support doesn't process the documents, there's a specific contact email somewhere on the website.

I didn't like the black background color of the site, it made me a bit depressed. Although the games are colorful obviously :)

Worst support ever - I couldnt withdraw the full amount of600 eur even though I wagered away the bonus - so I ended up withdrawing just 260 eur - when I asked the support why this could beshe kept telling me your withdrawal is under review. When I asked again why I couldnt withdraw the complete amount -she said 'I am only in support you should email myboss' - and as the guy above said the email address for the verification doesnt work
