1ACasino - Delayed €2,000 withdrawal

Hi i have requested a withdraw of 2000 euro from 1A casino since 9th of september 2019. after i contact the live chat they confirm the withdraw at 13th of september 2019. Since then i have not receive anything , i have mail and there is no reply. their live chat is only available two days of the week and every time i contact them they reply that it is in process. 20 days of process is way too long and that they dont reply to my mails since them i find it worrying.

Below i have upload the confirmation mail of my withdraw that i receive on the 13th, their site does not provide any history of my transactions that i could provide you to assist the situation. thank you ioannis krompas

Hi I had already submitted a complain about this issue at AskGamblers but the issue stayed unresolved as the 1a casino manager did not even reply as they did to me. I would like to reopen the case and try one more time to contact them and find out what is happening. The main issue is that is have a pending withdraw of 2000 from 13 th of September 2019 and no is replying to my mails and have not received and money so far. Their live chat says that he cannot do anything just inform their payment department but they don’t even reply to me or him. If there anything else I can do pls let me know.

First of all I am glad they finally replied after I re submitted the complain. As you see it’s not the first time someone complains about the same issue to you.

I contacted you many times via e mail and live chat. The only guy that works there, Roberts , always gives me the same answer “ I will forward this to our department and come back to you “ and he never contacted me about anything.

I have requested the 2000 since 13th of September and I can prove that I did not get any money since then from my bank statement. Please resolve the issue so I can close the complain. I went through the same issue last time and just like all the players I see below. I had to ask you again and again and you brought up the same excuse . “We sent you the money” , and u were postponing for a long time.

Check again and please show me where exactly you sent the money . Maybe to someone else , as I did not get anything .
