I need serious help! I went to play casino games on wildjackpots.com. After playing joker pro and won over 5000e I was excited and made a withdrawal request. In a couple of days, I received an email from Wildjackpots.com that I have to send them some documents, (Passport, Proof of address, Account information from e-wallet). I sent all the requested documents. For days I didn't hear from them, and finally, they said that there were some problems on their end so they contact me shortly after reviewing my account. After a month from the withdrawal request they requested the same documents but this time with a date in the same picture, I provided the documents with a date. Again after days pass by and I'm wondering what is happening they request the same documents AGAIN but this time with a Notary signature and stamp. I went to Notary and got the document Notarised. I sent all the requested documents again. After time goes by they send me a new request, (proof of income). I contacted the company I work for and requested an official payslip that shows the company I work for, the amount received, Dates, and my personal information. After this document I haven't heard anything from Wildjackpots.com, I went to their chat and sent them emails but nobody responses to my emails and the chat say they cannot help and say I should send an email to the Payment team. Now I received an email that wildjackpots.com will shut down next month. 5 months ago I didn't know that this casino will shut down and it seems that they have played time with my withdrawal request because they request document after document with different variations in past 5 months. I need help! That kind of money makes a huge difference in my life and now I'm being ripped off by this company.

what happened: i was playing on evolution live blackjack tables when there was several problems where the buttons never appeared so i could choose to hit stand or double down and 1 hand where i was not able to accept insurance between the hand was 285$ CAD. i contacted the support desk on the live game window to which i was informed the bets were rejected and given a case id. i was told that once the investigation was done it would be forwarded to the casino and i would be informed by wildjackpots.

what i did: after recieving the case id i went to the casino support multipul times only to get told that there has been no word and that i just have to wait till they recieve the report from evolution. now today is june 22/2020 and the casino has tried saying there is no report no case and even as far as they are still waiting for a response from the provider. so in my chats with evolution they say they resolved the case and closed it on june 15/2020 and sent to the casino and i need to talk to them to see the results. i was even in contact with the casino pit boss who says that evolution has not sent anything in reguards to my issue

i just want whoever is dropping the ball in the resolution of this matter to actually figure out whats going on since there is a missing link in what has happened to the funds i had placed my wager with what i do know is the funds never got returned to my account and keep getting brushed off by the casino like they are trying to avoid dealing with the issue.

Wild Jackpots Casino - Free Spins Not Rewarded and Cant Withdraw Winnings
On my smart phone, I was betting $2 a spin on the game Rugby Star and landed 3 scatters to trigger the free spins feature. Just before the last 2 spins, the game cut out and an error message appeared on the screen, it stated "A gameplay error has occurred". During the error message, the game interface had disappeared so I did not know see my remaining free spins at all. After several attempts to try and get back on to Rugby Star, I couldn't get through as the same error message kept popping up so I decided to get assistance from live chat support. After explaining my issue, live chat asked me to do the usual which I had already tried twice before contacting them and that was to clear cookies and cache. The Wild Jackpots live support then asked me to use another device, so I logged off my smart phone and logged on the Wild Jackpots website through my laptop. I finally managed to access the Rugby Star game but to my dismay, the free spins had not continued which usually happens when there is a disruption during free spins. Instead, the game was in general play mode and I also noticed my bet was set to 50 cents and not $2. To add to that was a seperate issue where I could not withdrawal winnings. Every time I tried to withdraw, it would say something about a bonus. I wasn't given a bonus prior to playing. I had over $300 in winnings and because I couldn't withdraw it after numerous attempts, I ended up playing it all and this was so frustrating as I was experiencing two different issues at once. Both issues were reported to Wild Jackpots live chat support to which they escalated the matter to the technical department to further investigate. A week has passed and throughout the week I have asked live chat support as to how the investigations on the 2 incidents are coming along to which they advised me that the incidents are still being investigated and will contact me via email. I have checked my email every day and I have not heard from their technical department in regards to a resolution. - Lack of responsible gaming understanding. I required to send information what is my total bet amount, winnings amount and number of spins. Just three numbers. Transparency is crucial part of responsible gaming and also GDPR requirement. It took four requests and only after threatening that I will write MGA and Malta's data inspectorate they sent some info. Not all, but some. I had to do manual calculating to see that on 21'000 spins return to player was 83% (instead of average 96%). Maybe they were embarrassed about fact that they keep 4 times more than they should (I guess they know that 21k spins is not some variance thing), but this cannot be justification.

- Irresponsive support. Not only example above when they simply ignore customer, but I also had a case where they confiscated my money. Again they totally ignored my requests to explain and to send transcript of gamerounds that proves their point. Only after complaint to eCogra they reacted.

- Confiscating player funds as primary business model. Massive fine print rules and make no mistake they will make any attempt to confiscate you winnings (if you will have them at all). Max bet must be below 5 eur and you had one 5 eur bet that generated no winnings? Money gone. You decreased bet by more than 60%? Bam, no money. This can happen accidentally when you open new game and hit spin with default bet size. You played game with 100% contribution and jumped to game with 70% contribution? Yes, no money again. Just few examples. The list where you should be careful is long. When you request withdrawal you never know if money actually will be paid out. And, yes, they will spend 3 days going through every spin, every rule to find reason confiscating money.

- Slow withdrawals. Two days if no bonus was used, three days if bonus money was involved. See above why.

- Huge bonus wagering requirement. Second class sites usually hide their huge rollover requirement with simple trick including deposit in wagering requirements. Here it is "Deposit + Bonus" times 35. Since bonus is a reason for wagering requirement, then bonus alone should be benchmark for this restriction. With their approach 50% bonus actually is 105 times wagering agains bonus. Say, 50 eur deposit + 50% bonus means that to clear 25 eur bonus you need to wager 2625 eur.

- Useless free spins, cashbacks and no deposit bonuses. Max payout is 100 eur (150 eur for cashback). Again, you need navigate through ocean of rules so that your rare winnings are not confiscated, but even if you get lucky and they say ok for a withdrawal it will be cut at 100 eur.

I'm really surprised company like this can have MGA licence. For me MGA licence was a sign of certain quality and credibility. This site definitely ruins that. And they also run sites like GoWild, Astralbet and PiggyBang. Is there any reason believing they have different business practice?

This Casino has a relatively good game selection and pleasant navigation. Besides that I have nothing more positive to add as the rest is rather negative.

If you are a high roller don't even bother to play there.

I don't know what kind of RTP their games operate with however your wins will not exceed your deposit amount while playing with 10 EUR stakes that's my personal experience. Plus on day deposit of 2000 EUR played and lost, which is ok you can't always win. But guess what you are entitled to 100 EUR bonus with 50 wagers and max withdrawal 100 EUR which to me doesn't seems fair comparing the amounts. You won't be valued, don't spend your money in vain. I initially signed up because it would accept players from Portugal. First thing I did was file in my documents for verification, no afterwards drama about that you know. Deposited some money by using skrill; all good. So I jumped from a few hundred to 10k, eventually dropping back to 4k on where I hit withdrawal. Well that verification process really took too long, to figure out, bets where limited on ANY game. And even if bets were limited pretty much RTP on any game as well got tanked.

We can see that the account in question was registered on 13th of January 2020, followed by a deposit of 25 EUR while the 200% Welcome offer was also claimed. While having the deposit bonus active, we can see that various bets of 26 EUR were placed on Pirate Kingdom Megaways. One of these 26 EUR bets did also generate a win of 307.36 EUR. Please note that placing a bet equal to or in excess of 20% or more than €8 of the claimed Bonus amount is considered as a breach of the Brand’s Terms and Conditions. After further checking, we can see that apart from the bets valued 26 EUR, the average of bets placed was between 0.5-0.75 EUR of value, not only 0.2 EUR as stated by the customer in the review. The withdrawal of 800 EUR was adjusted, and the initial deposit of 25 EUR was returned to the customer as a standard procedure which is in accordance of the Brand’s bonus terms and conditions. Beware of taking a deposit bonus here, Even after wager is complete they will cut it off.

Game selection is good with lots of variety and options from software providers

- Support is very slow, can take 10-15 minutes to get someone on live chat, and sometimes they wait 10 minutes in between responses, pretty unbelievable

- Pending time at this casino is actually 5 business days, not 48 hours as it says above in the review. These days no excuse for a pending time like that other than hoping players lose their balance.

- Overall, you're better off playing somewhere else that doesn't mess around with long payout delays and has better customer service staff

Lot of games, I like specially play Playn go games and they have lot oh those games.

Whitdraws are really slow. Other places you get you money on sameday. Here you have to wait days until you withdraw is even accept. Before that you have to wait days until you account is verified. So worst case scenario you have to wait you money more than week. 2 days verification 5 days payment is approved + weekend and couple of days until its your account...
