Made my gambling addiction even worse
I would like to log a complaint relating to Reeltastic breaching terms and conditions, because of this I have lost a lot of money and this did not help my gambling problem.
On the website for Reeltastic it states " 9.1.It is your right to close your account at any time.  You must do this by contacting us and letting us know either through the “contact us” page or by email.  We will respond as quickly as we can.  You are responsible for your account until such a time as we can complete the closure of your account" -copy of same attached
I did reach out on the live chat on a number of occasions as I was literally crying out for help as I kept putting money in and in hoping I would win back as gamblers do. However everytime I contacted live chat they advised I needed to email to get this request processed.
This should not be in the terms and conditions that you can close via live chat as I can assure you certainly can not.
I began emailing on the 22 July 2018 requested to please close my account. Now in the terms and condtions it does not state you have to give a reason just to mail and I have a right to close at any time.
I must have sent 8 mails requesting to please close account - see attached.
Within these mails I stated please close my account ASAP, others I said please close account I am losing too much money. Copies of mails sent requesting account closure attached. These were never actioned and I continued to lose money.
Also with regards to responsible gambling the casino are not adhering to these whatsoever I cried out in emails that I was losing too much money and the response's I received was bonuses which then made my gambling worse. Unfortunately I don't have the mails regarding the bonuses added however the casino would have these within the transaction history.
Eventually I gave up requesting closure of account as after all the mails sent (attached) my request was ignored despite this been on the terms and conditions.
I feel I should not have been allowed deposit further funds after this request if the casino obeyed by there terms and conditions. I The reason I am now raising this complaint is due to the struggle I have with gambling and feel if the casino obeyed by its T&C's I would not be as much debt as I am right now. Also the other reason is I am still strugging with gambling and recently I opened accounts with sister accounts (did not know their were sister sites) and I proceeded to self exclude myself from one and then one year later after originally requesting the account to be closed I go to log into Reeltastic (not to gamble to review transaction history) however I received a message "Account is blocked"
Account to be blocked was requested way before this and if the Casino stuck to their terms and conditions where it says I have a right to close account and when I called out I had been losing way too much money the situation I am in would not be as bad as it is.
I do not know the amount of deposits lodged since original request to close account was sent on the 22 July 2018 and I now cannot log in to review same. However I feel a refund is warranted here as above I sent numberous requests to close account, I called out I had been losing too much money but yet all of this was ignored.

Out of nothing a bonus of 5 euro's. The casino works quick on the phone which is nice. U can easily go from one game to another without being delayed.

I asked the support how much wagering I needed more, cause u cannot look into this yourself. After asking twice I wagered my bonus and withdraw € 150,- But during my attempts to wager I appearently made a bet of more than 30% of the bonus money (higher than € 1.50,-) which is not allowed.
I don't understand why all my money is cancelled - I think it should be rewinded to the moment I made appearently
a 0.60 cent to high bet.
I don't understand why they don't put the rules in the mail send to with the bonus terms. As the mail only says: here's a 5 euro bonus to play with

Reeltastic casino is one of the casinos I joined in May. Why? The answer was pretty simple. I had found a no deposit bonus code for signing up and since I was looking for a way to spend some of my extra time, I decided to give it a go. I noticed that they were on Askgamblers so I felt a bit more confident in signing up, besides they are a part of the same casino group that I know and have played at before- I wasn't a huge fan of the sister sites but at this point, I wasn't risking my own money so I didn't think much of it.

In order to get the bonus, I had to sign up and use a specific bonus code as well as verify my email. I signed up, used the code and it showed to be valid which was good, then I verified my email and logged in into my new account. However, I noticed that the bonus was nowhere to be found. I looked in the cashier (not a fan of the navigation, I have to admit) but there was nothing, so I started to have a chat with the casinos' live support. Luckily enough they have live chat and an agent was with me right away. After spending about 15 minutes in live chat, I finally was given the bonus, as the agent added it manually. However, they tried to sell the welcome bonus pretty hard, and only when I said if I could get my no deposit offer I used the code for, the offer was added. I'm not sure of course but I think that it might be a way for them to communicate with players and promote their bonuses, while many players might be looking for the no deposit bonus only.

Regardless, the casino is powered by several software, including Microgaming, Betsoft, Playson and a few others, however, when it comes to bonuses, only a small list of games can be played and are located in their Bonus Games category, where majority of games are from game providers I can't even recognize. With my 10eur balance, I played Mummy slot by Fugaso. I was playing with minimum bets and got free spins very quickly, but they paid only 7x bet! I stayed with the game for a little bit but didn't get any base hits over 4x bet and ran out of balance quickly.

Overall I didn't really have a good time at Reeltastic casino. The game selection seems poor, if I compare them with any of the casinos I usually play at, also since their welcome bonus can be played on bonus games only, I know I won't be taking this offer or making a deposit there.

So I saw this recommended on Askgamblers and gave it a shot.. But damn, what a terrible mistake. One awful casino with shady and misleading terms. I cannot say anything good about this casino.

-The bonus terms are extremely confusing. U automatically get added a 200% bonus with 45x wagering. The bonus is sticky to your balance (bonus balance). U do play cash first, but if u win, u cannot withdrawal. Actually u have to wager the entire bonus, before you can withdraw. To make this worse u cannot keep the bonus amount, only real money balance.. It just makes no sense and it's very misleading. Casinos like this should be blacklisted and not promoted.
-Long withdrawal times and limited to 5.000€ per month..
-Minimum withdrawal of €100,-
-Not all games were showing while I have an active bonus, even though I had cashbalance. Only the super volatile games, like betsoft and fugaso, that feel like they are never gonna pay.
-Chat barely responding. I spoke 1 operator that told me bonus gives a better chance of winning. Though it's only there to lock down your real money deposit and attache a big wager to it. You've been warned!

The live chat realy takes a long time for you get any answer, minutes between.
There bonus rules are realy unclear and confusing. It says that you first play with your own money then with the bonus, but as soon as you go play al the money is bonus even if you just deposit, it is not possible to withdrawal anymore, you have to wager 45x so almost impossible to even get your own money back. After I noticed I had a bonus, a asked to remove the bonus, it was not possible because I had played, but still with my own money, never touched the bonus. So if you want to play there be aware of this. I felt like I was robbed. If you play with the bonus money ( which I was forced to) a lot of games are excluded.
