Dear sirs,
I had a withdrawal of € 810.00 approved on Nov30th.
Since then I asked for the payment several times at live chat but they keep saying that I will be paid soon but according to their
T&C I should have been paid within 5 working days after approval.
I also emailed twice the casino Finance department.but they never answered me.
Please help me to get my money.

Thank you for your response.
As Reeltastic support asked, I sent my IBAN as they emailed me that they cannot pay by Skrill, but I did not receive anything yet.
