I’ve made a withdrawal of €550. After this I needed to go through verification which went pretty smooth. The only thing remaining was a phone verification, which took place on Sunday, the 4th of August. After that I’ve got a mail on the 6th of August stating my withdrawal had been approved. Since then I haven’t gotten a reply on my mail to support, the withdrawal is still pending in my account and the money isn’t credited to my bank account..
After several confirmations that the withdrawal was confirmed it took some more days, but I finally received the funds.
