Payment still pending after successful verification

Dear sirs,
I had a withdrawal of € 810.00 approved on Nov30th.
Since then I asked for the payment several times at live chat but they keep saying that I will be paid soon but according to their
T&C I should have been paid within 5 working days after approval.
I also emailed twice the casino Finance department.but they never answered me.
Please help me to get my money.

Just an awful terms and conditions. I deposit 50 euros to my account played some games for a while. In some point I had some winnings in my account and then played Mediaa Megaways game where you had a change to buy guaranteed bonus rounds. So I bought 25 euros bonusrounds. And later 50 euros when I had some more winnings. I won in one round over 3100 euros.
The Reeltastic casino refuses to pay my winnings because they told that they have a limitation I their terms and conditions that single bet cannot be more than 30% of the amount that one have deposited.

First of all this term seems to be very very odd. And second of all when playing Megaways game where you have chance to buy guaranteed bonusrounds the actual bet per round is not the amount what you are paying. In Medusa game the guaranteed bonus rounds what costs 25 euros the bet per round is 0,25 euros and what costs 50 euros the bet per round is 0,50 euros.

So this is why I see that Reeltastic casino declined my whitdrawal request for wrong reasons.

I would like to log a complaint relating to Reeltastic breaching terms and conditions, because of this I have lost a lot of money and this did not help my gambling problem.
On the website for Reeltastic it states " 9.1.It is your right to close your account at any time.  You must do this by contacting us and letting us know either through the “contact us” page or by email.  We will respond as quickly as we can.  You are responsible for your account until such a time as we can complete the closure of your account" -copy of same attached
I did reach out on the live chat on a number of occasions as I was literally crying out for help as I kept putting money in and in hoping I would win back as gamblers do. However everytime I contacted live chat they advised I needed to email to get this request processed.
This should not be in the terms and conditions that you can close via live chat as I can assure you certainly can not.
I began emailing on the 22 July 2018 requested to please close my account. Now in the terms and condtions it does not state you have to give a reason just to mail and I have a right to close at any time.
I must have sent 8 mails requesting to please close account - see attached.
Within these mails I stated please close my account ASAP, others I said please close account I am losing too much money. Copies of mails sent requesting account closure attached. These were never actioned and I continued to lose money.
Also with regards to responsible gambling the casino are not adhering to these whatsoever I cried out in emails that I was losing too much money and the response's I received was bonuses which then made my gambling worse. Unfortunately I don't have the mails regarding the bonuses added however the casino would have these within the transaction history.
Eventually I gave up requesting closure of account as after all the mails sent (attached) my request was ignored despite this been on the terms and conditions.
I feel I should not have been allowed deposit further funds after this request if the casino obeyed by there terms and conditions. I The reason I am now raising this complaint is due to the struggle I have with gambling and feel if the casino obeyed by its T&C's I would not be as much debt as I am right now. Also the other reason is I am still strugging with gambling and recently I opened accounts with sister accounts (did not know their were sister sites) and I proceeded to self exclude myself from one and then one year later after originally requesting the account to be closed I go to log into Reeltastic (not to gamble to review transaction history) however I received a message "Account is blocked"
Account to be blocked was requested way before this and if the Casino stuck to their terms and conditions where it says I have a right to close account and when I called out I had been losing way too much money the situation I am in would not be as bad as it is.
I do not know the amount of deposits lodged since original request to close account was sent on the 22 July 2018 and I now cannot log in to review same. However I feel a refund is warranted here as above I sent numberous requests to close account, I called out I had been losing too much money but yet all of this was ignored.

I deposited 50 euros and as i started a game an error message showed up, telling me that i was not allowed to play from my juridiction (switzerland).
I wrote to the casino support that they refund my deposit but they answered me that it was my mistake to check which countries have restriction and that they will not refund me..

Hey. I have to say, I like the casino and I would like to continue playing there. But there is one problem. I have been waiting for the processing of the application for 12 days. Initially I was told 3-5 days. I understand the holidays, the new year, I did not write to them and did not disturb. But when a lot of time passed I began to write every day and call. I was assured - soon your application will be processed, soon, soon. There is no result.
Please note that this is only an application, how much will I wait to receive money after processing, another half a month? Help solve the problem, the amount is small, I understand the human factor can be.

Hello askgamblers team. I have one problem. The fact is that I can not get my money 7 days. I received a letter stating that my application for withdrawal of funds was approved. The amount is only 70 euros. I write every day. Every day silly dialogues in the form - wait, soon the money will come. Wait, wait, wait. And so every day. Their rules write up to 5 working days. The timing has long passed, they simply do not want to pay. 70 euros, is this normal? Help me get my money.

I made a 100€ deposit at the Reeltastic Casino and received a 200€ Bonus. I played multiple games with it and after wagering, my account balance was 1.800€. As the 200€ bonus is not cashable, I tried to cash out 1.600€. Here, the odysee began. In the first place, the casino told me, that I wont get any money, because I closed my account at their "sister casino". After telling them, that it is unacceptable that they decline my winnings because I wasn't satisfied with the support of their "sister casino", Reeltastic started with a brand new story: I didn't meet the bonus requirements. After discussing point for point of their bonus terms and their casino software, it seemed that they understand that no point in their bonus terms was harmed. But I didn't get any money, as Reeltastic now got back to story number one: I closed my account on their sister casinos site and this leads that they can confiscate my winnings. By attach, you can find a mail from their support team, telling me, that the only thing they don't payout is because I closed my account on their sister casinos site (as I wasn't satisfied with their support and didn't want to receive any more spam e-mails and sms).

I did withdrawal at reeltastic.com 6 days ago. They asked documents and I gave them. Then all changed and they don't answer to anything. I did everything right. Their rules say "we handle documents in 1 business day" and "we handle withdrawals in 5 business days" Both those periods are already gone. So I'm waiting my withdrawal to complete. No any answer to my document message too. The worst thing is their unfair "customer service": their live chat acts horrible way and they don't answer to emails and phone. I told to livechat about this problem: They answered something like this "why u withdraw all your money, u cant play now??" and "I dont know, try sending documents again" and then they close a chat. Never seen anything like that in live service before. Now, they don't even answer at live chat anymore.
