The Malta Gaming Authority (hereinafter the ‘Authority’) is hereby notifying that Star World Limited, remote gaming licence MGA/CL1/1020/2014, has been suspended as of 31st July 2017.

Furthermore the Authority hereby notifies that any websites operated by Star World Limited, or associated with Star World Limited , and which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted licence is not approved to be operational by the Authority. Due to the suspension of the licence, Star World is therefore not authorised to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an Authority licence.

A fraudulent casino lately. They don't pay out and have absolutely no support (no chat) and no answers via mail. When I had a withdrawal pending, they ignored me and deleted my account. A complaint here at AskGamblers did nothing as the manager of Mr Ringo did not reply at all. Don't sign up!

I added complaint on this website and was promised to receive my payment after waiting six months. But now they have apparently deleted my account and I have not received my payment. I do not know how fraudulent MrRingo is but it is very very suspicious.

This is the worst Website for betting/casino that I have ever come across

Start a withdraw of 500.- Euro on 25.7.2017. A verification was done half a year ago. After a few mail to the support asking for a mail that my withdraw was at work, I want to check my account and could not longer login to the side. Even a "forgot your password" action let me know that my e-mail address is not in their system.

So I think they deleted my account and my money was gone. No reaction on emails.

Simple design, as well as a wide variety of available games.

After the successful verification of the account and three weeks of waiting for withdrawal of funds. Closed an account with the amount of 14000 euros on balance

Apart form the variety of games and that the casino website works there is nothing good I can say about Mr Ringo Casino. Only because of to complaint option of AskGamblers I managed to get my money but I was a very long process.

The support is not responsive especially if you want to withdraw you winnings. They will definitely try anything they can to delay your withdrawal.

After reading some of the comments it seems like I'm just a lucky one who had no problems with withdrawal. It was processed within a week and I'm absolutely satisfied with the service.

As for the casino itself, it offers great welcome bonus, that's why I registered (and even managed to win). Design of the site is user friendly, so I had nice experience.

The site is well built, easy to understand, the worst is that I have been waiting for more than a week to be able to withdraw € 723. I made the request in 2 installments. Although I'm more betting fan, I used to play slots somehow and I liked the selection and diversity. The site layout is also good.

As for betting odds, they are quite lucrative.

Payments delays sometimes occur... and I've read here in comments that users are not paid out. Nevertheless I have played with mrringo for a long time and can say that they always pay out (-3% fee). So just stay patient.

Very slow responding customer service. Have waited more than a week now for them to respond to an email. Have tried to withdraw money on 3 seperate occations and waited more than two weeks every time but nothing has happened yet. On their site it says 2-5 days for a withdraw.

Mr Ringo is a casino that has lots of other activities besides casino games, like Sports Betting, with so many various kinds of sports, but which are of no interest at all to me. I'm only interested in slot games, not even interested in Live Casino games, so I do not take into consideration for such things in my review of this casino. I cannot even remember when I signed up at Mr Ringo Casino, but I guess it was fairly recently. I couldn't find any records on this casino in my book, so Mr Ringo is one casino that couldn't keep my interest going after that sign-up.

Come to think of it, I was wondering why I had not played at this casino before, not even after registration and playing off that free offer (what it was I couldn't even remember now - must have had a bad experience on it I guess), so I decided to revisit the casino's website and go through my account once again, to refresh my faded memory. Everything seemed to be in order. Neteller was available for deposits and withdrawals, but I haven't made any deposit as yet. Still puzzled, I then checked through their Bonus Terms and the general T&C once again, and then I finally found the answer! All withdrawals has a 3% fee! Argh!

That was the one and only reason why I decided not to make my first deposit at Mr Ringo Casino. It reminded me of Buck & Butler Casino, at which I had made many withdrawals before and also had lost many withdrawal fees for it. After realising the amount that I had wasted on those fees, I then no longer played at Buck & Butler, as long as that withdrawal fee exists. Similarly, I gave Mr Ringo Casino the very same treatment, and the very same condition - no deposits from me for as long as that withdrawal fee is enforced.

From there on, my account at Mr Ringo has been dormant until today. Perhaps I should just close it permanently, but I'm hoping that one day, that withdrawal fee would be removed, to allow me to start depositing and playing on my favourite games at the casino. Just wondering if this would ever come true. If not, one fine day, I will definitely close it off for good. No doubts about that!

Cancel my complete withdraw and deleted about 300. The only thing I did was playing with " dead or alive " slot. O.k. ... I made a mistake because it was not allowed during bonus.

BUT how they could make it PLAYABLE with bonus-money? I think it was a backup for killing the complete money on a withdraw. So many traps you could fall in. On legit casinos the forbidden games would not start. And the online chat was not willing to help. They told me I could get back my deposit but nothing happen for 6 weeks.

Chat support is not working 24/7.

The biggest dissatisfaction, is the 3% fee of withdrawing via Neteller or Skrill, if they change I will be able to evaluate up to 8 stars.

The only good thing about this site is that you learn to be more careful about the site you play on.

It is very slow support so just to get my I'd cleared take several weeks.
My last post her was removed fore some reason, maybe I was to unclear. But if you take a bonus on this site it's many traps so you really have to be careful, I really don't want other players to have there money taken from there account for a little miss step due to a hidden bonus role. It sometimes can be a lot of money for the player.
So just enjoy playing but be careful whit this site, I have tried 80 sites but never complained before.

The layout, and the MGA regulation, but frankly I dont like anything

I made my account 3 months ago and since then there is a balance of $1100 never being payed, and they changed their TOS after I made my account to justify the non-payment.

Decent amount of games, the odds for sportbook are competitive.

Charging 3% on every payout is simply theft. On top of it, the payments are delayed... always. Skrill payout 1-2 days... that's what it states on the site... well try 1-2 weeks, but let us take 3% for the extra slow service! I know a Skrill transaction does not cost an operator more than 5EUR, I was charged 120EUR and I am still waiting for my payment.... I asked several times how those outrageous charges are justified, no answer!

When I wanna to play slots or roulette, Mr Ringo is one of casinos which I choose. I choose this casino, because website is not complicated for using and there are a lot of different games through the slots to roulette.
