Payout, the system claims "You withdrawal exceeds the available balance. Bonus deposits must be used for betting prior to withdrawal". This ven though I did not accept any bonus at signup! Nor at the 5 deposits total made on this site.
No response from CS!

Ended up using the useless winning after nearly 10 days no response from CS and repeatedly try to withdraw money!

Everything is designed very good starting from the site to the bonus system. Site is very simple to use, and bonuses are good. I played roulette and slots. My money arrived very quickly via Skrill. I recommend this casino to all. They are very professional!!

My first review here. Seeing the complaints here has me kind of worried about my pending withdrawal (120 euro's). BUT... I will give the benefit of the doubt of course and write my experience so far with this casino..

So far so good. Easy sign up. I uploaded my documents first and foremost which you can do in the my account section itself. Which is a huge plus for me. No e-mail confirmation yet, but I uploaded it in the weekends, so I'll just wait for that.

The variety of games is nice and there were nice bonuses on the first 4 deposits. I made 3 deposits and on that last one, I made some nice winnings on Book of Dead. On my first deposit I also won big, but I lost it in the end lol. I was able to playthrough the bonus requirements, which aren't that high compared to other casino's, so I was quite happy with that. And so I requested my withdrawal. I had some problems in the cash out options, some minor ones, but Jurgen from the live chat was helpful & friendly to me. Correct information was given & all is settled now. Now waiting. It's hard to judge live chats in terms of response times, as sometimes they are busy and sometimes.... not. lol. It just happens with other casino's I play on as well. Patience goes a long way.

One thing that immediately becomes clear is the way the games are organized for you. I'd like to see them categorized by vendor, which just makes everything easy for costumers. Instead I got blamed that I had created two accounts to Mr. Ringo that I have never done. And apparently there's no way that I can prove that I have only created just one account and played fair play from the start. That's weird. And now my withdrawal is gone and my account banned. I feel very betrayed and don't recommend Mr. Ringo to anyone.
