I see their withdraw time frame 24-48 hours, but considering my experience with no answer from them I don't think I can trust this guys.

At their web site there is live chat available from 10:00 till 18:00 but they were not eligible in that time ether, well Mr Ringo you should be having 24/7 live support and when player sends you documents they should receive confirmation email from your casino.

Magic Mirror!

Very, very poor communication with customers.
Although chat support is friendly, they really cannot answer your questions and I keep getting brushed off. I have not received a withdrawal for €500 that I have made after 10 days, and they are simply ignoring my emails and will not give me any information on where my money is, or even if it was sent?

The response I keep getting is "As far as I know" the payment was sent.
This is simply not good enough. I need to know if the payment was sent? When was it sent? And by what method?

I did notice a few flaws in them as well- live support is great but works limited hours, also in my session I had a couple of times error codes when I had to refresh the game. And also I would really like if they'd improve their promotions, because I didn't see anything for second deposit bonus, only Monday and happy hour promotions, which weren't as generous as I'd like.
