I have had an outstanding withdrawal request for about 124.89 EUR since 10 July 2017 and it still hasn't been processed even after 45 days.
My account has been fully verified so verification is not an issue.
Whenever I ask Customer Support to explain and resolve my issue, I get an automated e-mail about how I have to wait for the Finance department to process my withdrawal and that I should be patient.
Can you help me with my problem?
