Although I'm more betting fan, I used to play slots somehow and I liked the selection and diversity. The site layout is also good.

As for betting odds, they are quite lucrative.

Payments delays sometimes occur... and I've read here in comments that users are not paid out. Nevertheless I have played with mrringo for a long time and can say that they always pay out (-3% fee). So just stay patient.

Unfortunately nothing at all because they pay off!

Very slow responding customer service. Have waited more than a week now for them to respond to an email. Have tried to withdraw money on 3 seperate occations and waited more than two weeks every time but nothing has happened yet. On their site it says 2-5 days for a withdraw.

Mr Ringo is a casino that has lots of other activities besides casino games, like Sports Betting, with so many various kinds of sports, but which are of no interest at all to me. I'm only interested in slot games, not even interested in Live Casino games, so I do not take into consideration for such things in my review of this casino. I cannot even remember when I signed up at Mr Ringo Casino, but I guess it was fairly recently. I couldn't find any records on this casino in my book, so Mr Ringo is one casino that couldn't keep my interest going after that sign-up.

Come to think of it, I was wondering why I had not played at this casino before, not even after registration and playing off that free offer (what it was I couldn't even remember now - must have had a bad experience on it I guess), so I decided to revisit the casino's website and go through my account once again, to refresh my faded memory. Everything seemed to be in order. Neteller was available for deposits and withdrawals, but I haven't made any deposit as yet. My favourite game providers were there too, with some of my favourite games waiting to be played on, but that never materialised. Still puzzled, I then checked through their Bonus Terms and the general T&C once again, and then I finally found the answer! All withdrawals has a 3% fee! Argh!

That was the one and only reason why I decided not to make my first deposit at Mr Ringo Casino. It reminded me of Buck & Butler Casino, at which I had made many withdrawals before and also had lost many withdrawal fees for it. After realising the amount that I had wasted on those fees, I then no longer played at Buck & Butler, as long as that withdrawal fee exists. Similarly, I gave Mr Ringo Casino the very same treatment, and the very same condition - no deposits from me for as long as that withdrawal fee is enforced.

From there on, my account at Mr Ringo has been dormant until today. Perhaps I should just close it permanently, but I'm hoping that one day, that withdrawal fee would be removed, to allow me to start depositing and playing on my favourite games at the casino. Just wondering if this would ever come true. If not, one fine day, I will definitely close it off for good. No doubts about that!

Cancel my complete withdraw and deleted about 300. The only thing I did was playing with " dead or alive " slot. O.k. ... I made a mistake because it was not allowed during bonus.

BUT how they could make it PLAYABLE with bonus-money? I think it was a backup for killing the complete money on a withdraw. So many traps you could fall in. On legit casinos the forbidden games would not start. And the online chat was not willing to help. They told me I could get back my deposit but nothing happen for 6 weeks.

I gave up. I will never go back and felt cheated.

The biggest dissatisfaction, is the 3% fee of withdrawing via Neteller or Skrill, if they change I will be able to evaluate up to 8 stars.

The only good thing about this site is that you learn to be more careful about the site you play on.

It is very slow support so just to get my I'd cleared take several weeks.
My last post her was removed fore some reason, maybe I was to unclear. But if you take a bonus on this site it's many traps so you really have to be careful, I really don't want other players to have there money taken from there account for a little miss step due to a hidden bonus role. It sometimes can be a lot of money for the player.
So just enjoy playing but be careful whit this site, I have tried 80 sites but never complained before.

The layout, and the MGA regulation, but frankly I dont like anything

I made my account 3 months ago and since then there is a balance of $1100 never being payed, and they changed their TOS after I made my account to justify the non-payment.

Decent amount of games, the odds for sportbook are competitive.

Charging 3% on every payout is simply theft. On top of it, the payments are delayed... always. Skrill payout 1-2 days... that's what it states on the site... well try 1-2 weeks, but let us take 3% for the extra slow service! I know a Skrill transaction does not cost an operator more than 5EUR, I was charged 120EUR and I am still waiting for my payment.... I asked several times how those outrageous charges are justified, no answer!

I want to say I really enjoy the games. Very nice casino, hundreds of slot games to choose from, good welcome bonuses, support is correct. I no had the good fortune to win, but I hope that I will have the opportunity in the future.

My first review here. Seeing the complaints here has me kind of worried about my pending withdrawal (120 euro's). BUT... I will give the benefit of the doubt of course and write my experience so far with this casino..

So far so good. Easy sign up. I uploaded my documents first and foremost which you can do in the my account section itself. Which is a huge plus for me. No e-mail confirmation yet, but I uploaded it in the weekends, so I'll just wait for that.

- Very confusing layout and scattered info about bonus terms.
- There's a place where you can upload your documents but nowhere it's specified which documents you should send and after you've sent some, you can't see them anywhere. No status update or anything.
- When you've made a request for withdrawal you can't check it afterwards anywhere. I made a withdrawal request yesterday and haven't seen or heard from it since. Tried to contact customer support but the live chat box doesn't seem to work today.
- If and/or when I've received my withdrawal it's very unlikely that I will return to Mr Ringo.

There site said 200% bonus, made a deposit and got 100% bonus, witch is also good but not what they said. They basically lied to me, witch I dont like at all.
