Hi, I have had a great time playing at Mr Ringo Casino and was lucky enough to win for once.

But unfortunately I still have not recived my winnings from Mr Ringo Casino.

I requested a withdrawal of 17460 SEK the 2th of June 2017, and my account was fully verified by Mr Ringo Casino at the 6th of June 2017. The withdrawal request has been pending ever since.

I feel i have been patient enough with Mr Ringo, But since I still have faith in them and belive they will pay as soon as possible I decided to give them the chance to resolve this issue via AskGamblers before contacting the regulatory body responsible for Mr Ringo Casino.

Good afternoon @Nyburgare,

In regards to your current outstanding withdrawal for the specified sum which you have listed. I am currently in contact with them to ensure the payment proceedings occur as fast as possible. I have been notified the account itself has gone through a thorough check (given the amounts) to make sure no manipulation has occured. This in itself, does not pardon the extended timeframe which you are currently experiencing. I apologize for the amount of time it has taken and have urged them to please continue with the transaction itself. As a sidenote, I have not been informed that any type of infringement itself ever took place on the account. I will remain in contact with them regarding the current issue. If you were to recieve anything in any shape or form, please reply here.
