Failed to assist accordingly with a game glitch issue
I played 50sek (5euro) bet on Sparta slot on Kaboo. I got the bonus, and the guys says. "Tonight we died in hell" After u get the bonus u get a respin to get more freespins, it gets me 20 freespins and when its the last respin it gets stuck. I then contact the casino saying that the slot freeze up, they tell me to reload, when i do i get the message "that they will resume" I see me winning the bonus again and it freeze on the same spot.. i tried everything they wanted from me, and then they say that they need to contact the game provider for this issue. I also send them a screen of when it froze... They told me it would take 2 days.... after 2 days it still wasnt fix, i still get the same freeze and finally today after 5 days i go in and its fixed. I havent gotten any money from them so i contact them and they first say that i won 210SEK (21euro) from bonus. I then told them that i got that from the spinn that gave me the bonus.. They said they couldnt help me, and that was that. i didnt give up and told them i wanna talk to someone else higher up so i started to talk with a guy name jarvis. He then said that I didnt even get a bonus at all and that it was all bullshit .. Even though it clearly shows in my screen that i did, he said it didnt and that im basically lying.. After 30 min of me not given in, he finally said that the thing is settle and that he now gives me a lifeban on livechatt.. I cant talk to them, they wont help me, and they are calling me a lier.. I did get the bonus and i didnt get payed from this.. They say that it didnt register me hitting a bonus but that isnt true becasue i saw it, and i even have screen evidence of it when it freeezing up and showing i have won 20 freespins... So maybe it freezed up before it even shows up on their server i dont know.. but that doenst matter to me, i dont care about the issue, i care about what is right is right. and i won that bonus fair and square. and i derserve to get payed for that.. And Sparta is a very good slot bonus, specially when u get more then 15 spins, and i got atleast 20 so that is a very very good chance i would get more then 100x on that bonus.. They also blocked me before i even could get chatlogs, and becasue im unable to even chatt with them now becasue of they inmature and bad behaivor its impossible to even get it... was i angry at them? no not at first but ofc after i while i get very angry, and i think i am entitle to being angry when im being scammed on for alot of cash.. Missing Payment
On the 24th Nov Kaboo processed 2 withdrawals of £1800 to my debit card. One of the payments was credited to my bank account on the 25th Nov, but not both. I checked again on Monday 28th but no payment. I then contacted Customer Services and was told it could take up to 6 or 7 days for a payment to arrive. I pointed out that I had never had to wait that long with Kaboo, but was told to get in touch again, if I did not have the money by end of the week. I was assured that they would get me the ARN number, if my money was still missing. The money did not arrive, so I emailed them again on 30th Nov and they now asked me to provide a screen shot of my bank statement. I sent this on the 30th. By now as was getting rather upset as I had not had any information from Kaboo, other than platitudes and excuses. On 5th Dec I posted a review on this site that also mentioned my issues with Kaboo, and someone from the casino answered, asking me to send them the details, I did that night, but have heard nothing from that. On the 7th Dec I contacted Kaboo again and asked for an update and was told they were awaiting their bank sending them the ARN number, they said they had sent several emails to their bank but had not yet had any reply. I feel that Kaboo are not attaching much importance to this issue, as I'm sure banks can furnish the ARN number a lot quicker than this. I am also concerned that Kaboo never sent me an email confirming the processing of this withdrawal, but they did for the other withdrawal that day, and all subsequent withdrawals. However, when I queried this, they implied it was of no importance.

Yeah Not too bad things ran smooth etc not a bad experience although did pick up a few things that need improvement but for the record like the echo idea, website, marketing concepts, game selection, and etc.

1. They need live support on 24/7 found myself emailing for a simple question that took ages to get a response.

2. Was pretty hard too track the wagering using the bonus had to take a good look around in the "dark" just to find that question mark and then figure out where the wagering was .

3. Bonus wagering is quite high ... x60 .

4. Customer support needs a tune up sent documents through and was told to resend them to another address its like duh send them on etc simple task.

5. The Bonus terms and conditions should be made easier to find found it a little tricky to find them.

I saw no deposit 10 Echoes upon signing up and decided to join this Casino. After i joined and verified my account i received 5 Echoes and not 10 as the promotion advertised, which means i couldn't do anything. A few days later i received an email for 300% bonus and 50 Free spins an decided to deposit. I made deposit of $20 and received 60$ bonus and 50 Echoes. Wagering was X40 the bonus money and ofcourse free spins are wager free. So i started playing and completed wagering in 2 days which was an amount of $2400. I was left with $160 and had about 105 echoes.

I decided to exchange my echoes and redeemed 10 X $1 spins on dracula, but the spins were empty and i won $5 in total from my free spins. Normally i win all the time on this slot on other casinos.

I think the RTP is good and i won most of the time, i played Jack Hammer 2, Drive Mayhem, Gemix, Glow and Ninja Fruits was the games i completed my wagering on.

I requested a withdrawal this morning and 2 hours later i received the money in my Neteller account without verification needed. I would recommend this casino and definitely play again and deposit here.

Apparently this casino have a huge selection of games, but i only saw Play n Go, Netent and Betsoft games available in my list. i See they have NYX, YGGDRASSIL etc but i couldnt see any of these games although i play them on other casinos.

Paying the extra 2% depositing using a card. Why?

From my experience I have won quite a lot using this site and they have a good range of slots. However you can easily tell when they have been rigged to lose. The reels seems to fall in weirdly which is a sign not to play what you have selected.

I notice they always make out you had a bad run to try and discredit a review. Whilst my review was in I had a large withdrawal that they would not process.I wrote the review whilst it was pending. It was only later I reversed it as I became fed up with no response from customer support and thought i'd been drawn in to another rubbish casino.

I left them after that as like I say. Very Poor customer support and withdrawal processing times are ridiculous.

I signed up and won a large amount of money at this casino only to be told I had self excluded myself on a sister site and would not be receiving my winnings, I have made a complaint to the ibas and was told its there responsibility to stop me from signing up, there was no names of any of there sister sites on the signup form I filled out and its just a way of mot paying out, do not sign up to this casino.

The variety of games are much like most of the casinos. The points for free spins system is okay.

Support is very dis-jointed and they tend to not answer questions directly if they respond at all.

They take a few minutes to answer simple questions in Live chat when sometime you just require yes/no answers.

I have sent e-mails with documents as I have pending withdrawals.I have received no acknowledgement that they have received any of my e-mails.

I was not able to withdraw by card after being repeatedly told I could.The only withdrawal I could submit was by bank transfer. This asked for lots of details that I have never had to give to any other Casino. For example: Swift Code, IBAN numbers, Bank code. My bank was even clueless as to what code they required and I have only assumed it could be my sort code as it would only accept a 6 digit code. Still cant see why I couldn't withdraw to my deposit method of visa debit.

In my experience when customer service is slow and unresponsive whilst pending withdrawals are in I would recommend staying clear of that site. I prefer casinos to honor withdrawals fast with no reversals offered as I believe these are dirty tactics to hope you will spend more money and are entirely not necessary.

I would advise staying clear.

This casino is very nicely laid out and easy to use and the games in general seem to pay out reasonable wins every so often. I still don't really understand the point of the book of Kaboo, but I'm sure it's interesting enough if you're net flix subscription has ran out.
Decent selection of games. I am a small time gambler and my biggest win on this site was £250 on GEMIX with a £0.50 spin cost.

The "support team" is non existent - telephone number always goes to answer machine (the answer machine does not even say the name of the casino - just a generic no-one is available robot message). The 2 email addresses given are never answered.
The online help is also just ignored - "you are number 1 in queue message" for 20 minutes before I got bored and closed the session say's it all.

The bonuses (called echoes) are laughable - for instance 5 echoes free if you gamble £650 - this is the equivalent to £0.50 this is a 0.077% loyalty bonus.
When you do actually cash in the echoes to play the small selection of games it offers to use your echoes with, it has twice now told me the game was unavailable and the accrued bonus has disappeared into the ether.
I don't really like the fact that you have to pay 2.5% on deposits with debit/credit cards - but that's my dumb choice.

There is also a period where the money is pending - we would all get our winnings/remains of our funds returned quicker if it was not for this.
I am currently trying to close this account but this is proving to be impossible since none of the modes of communication work.
The reason I am trying to close the account is that it is a classic example of a site that likes to go into mickey-take mode - I played a game of GEMIX which I have enjoyed many hours of playing on other sites but today it uncharacteristically gave no wins of any worth - therefore not giving the gambling hit therefore making making me put more funds in until I hit my to-hell-with-this limit - but then that's gambling I suppose.

I like the concept of this casino. U can win free spins by playing there games and its a nice extra. I played here the first time this week and i won about 2000 euro with diffrent games. I am currently in the withdraw period and all looks and feels good. Professional.

It takes a while for documents to get approved. I miss live table games in this casino.

I don't like anything about the casino of the support team, colors look ok I guess.

The wagering of ×60 is extremely high, the RTP is the worst I've experienced. Got the welcome bonus which gave me 150 bonus and my deposit of 50. Wagering was $9000+ free spins ended up being $9300 I managed to get through a HUGE $250 left to wager was $9150 and I run out of money.

I closed my account and never again will I play there. I did ask for compensation and was told NO this can happen that's gambling.

Bad streak, sorry to hear about it. Next time we do hope you will have the gaming gods on your side. I suggest that you play without bonuses next time if you are not a fan of wagering.
