Sudden Account Closure, No Explanation Provided
Dear Sir/Madam, I opened an account yesterday and deposited £200. I was playing on one of the slot games, my balance at the time was around £170. All of a sudden I was kicked out of the software and couldn't log back in. I tried calling but couldn't get through. I have since been trying to call, it hasn't been all that long but as I am sure you can imagine I am slightly concerned as to the situation regarding the balance I had remaining at the time of being kicked off the website. I have also emailed a couple of times but I had a bounce back after my first email so I am not sure that is working either. After a little research on this website I can see a few other people have had an issue where they were a member of a sister website and excluded from there and so have not been able to play at Kaboo.com. I believe this may be the case for me, at the time of opening the account at Kaboo I was completely unaware the website was related to any other casino website. I am happy to have the exclusion stand and I am not complaining about that, could you please update me as to the return of either my deposit or balance on account please? It was a genuine oversight not realising the websites were linked. Many thanks in advance
