Hello.
On 03/15/2021 my account was blocked. They didn’t tell me the reason, they didn’t tell me anything. I am writing myself in support, they said "account is currently suspended while we carry out additional security checks".
What is one more check? It is not clear. My account has been verified. More than two weeks have passed, and no information has been received from them.

The funds currently in your account can also be withdrawn after completing a standard verification process of your payments method.
