Kaboo Casino did not credited Poli payment

I made a Poli payment for $10 AUD to Kaboo casino. The funds were taken from my Bank Account, but was not credited to my Kaboo account. I complained to Live Chat assist but told me I had to wait for their finance department to look into it. I responded to them that this was unacceptable as this was a 'Poli' payment which is meant to be instant.

I don't expect one from Kaboo. Just notice how they do not have a reward/loyalty point system. The more you play, the less Echoes you earn. Doesn't make sense. Best to blacklist Kaboo and sister casino's.

I've closed my account with Kaboo due to your dodgy customer service. I find it important to make the public aware of this, and therefore not have to deal with Kaboo casino.

Obviously player's issue has been resolved, however player kept throwing unjustified and unfair accusations against the casino with the sole purpose of bad-mouthing about Kaboo casino.
