I really like the design of Kaboo casino too, as the consistent "dark" look and feel to all areas of the site results in a definite atmosphere that's not often found amongst on-line casinos. This brand is part of the Superlenny stable and their casinos in general boast excellent user interface and design language, Kaboo has to be my favourite though. That said, I think I actually preferred the look of the last incarnation but that's just personal preference :)

Occasionally some small errors seem to creep into the live/production version of the site, which isn't really acceptable for an on-line casino website. For me it has just been missing pages or the odd bit of broken javascript causing content not to appear but I have read of more serious issues from players too, such as withdrawals not functioning correctly and not being fixed despite complaints to support. I can't say if that's true for sure but checking the promotions page right now today (10/07/2019) using Chrome, only a single large graphic displays at the top of the page which changes colour when mouse-overed, but does not click through and no text is displayed on the page. Obviously this is an error and there ought to be information relating to current promotions shown here, which there is not. Infact, the entire footer is missing from this page right now which suggests a code error - such mistakes should NEVER make there way onto the live server of this type of business.

Uploading a document from the deposit method does not work. The e-mail address is a joke-there are apparently no e-mails sent to this address. If you want to verify your player account, there is no information what file formats are accepted.

I ve been long time member of these casino. I won 3,500 euro after many deposits and I send it to bank using one of method. After couple weeks I win it again almost 7,000 euro and want to order withdraw but after try its showed a error 400 which is occupied over 1 month. Support team cannot explain in that moment precisely how long it takes and cannot offer other help to withdraw by them so money hanging on account. I take cool of 1 day and they still not offer anything couple days and I loose it because of them. In other casinos its not legal to stop players for making withdrawals meanwhile I contact with support that I want make withdrawn they say soon it will be able to do it but its over 1 month. The button need to be active, not occupied by error. How its looks like deposits is active and withdrawals not its looks illegal and strange. After many tries to contact they not explain anything and couple days later I loose.

I’ve had problems for 3 weeks trying to make a deposit. For 3 weeks I’ve been past from pillar to post and have been told they’re having a problem with visa debit cards. I have been told for 3 weeks the problem will be resolved ASAP. After spending so much time chatting to unhelpful agents on live chat I’m still unable to deposit due to “technical faults”
I would avoid this casino. I will not be using.

Absolutely nothing at all, deposited and no money shown on their website.

Everything. No management called to apologise, asked staff to direct me to management they cant. My money gone from my bank but never seen them on their website.

Nothing. Did not get this far. They are advertising false.

It says clearly on their homepage "deposit 400,- and get 2000,- to play for" (norwegian kroner). When i did deposit 400,- i only got 800,- to play for. I asked them to help me out, and then they just said that it said in the terms that it was only 400% up to 400,- kr. Then he was disrespectfull the whole time and said; "If you want to complain, send a complaint to MGA. I cannot help you. Is there anything else i can help you with?" like a little child. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS CASINO!
