They have a good range of games but who doesn't nowadays? They have also some nice promotions but I would like to get more from a welcome pack than some Free Spins.
They really lost the customer experience touch for a while now. They used to care about the player and do nice innovative features but nowadays they come out so aggressive and some practice are not really ethical. I haven't seen anything new form this Casino for a while - I understand they grew a lot but it sounds like the more they grew the less effort they put into the player's experience. Used to be one of the great ones but ... not really anymore.

They mix up casino and odds bonuses. Sometimes they send out an e-mail with a bonus that says it can be played both on sports and on casino. They often refuse this, until you speak to the 5th customer service agent. They often spend weeks to reply, and by that time the bonuses has already been expired, and I as a customer has lost money. It really seems customer service and they apartment that handles disputes does not check complaints thoroughly.
Until they fix their customer service department, including those on live chat, I can't recommend anyone to play there since they could lose money on this. It is very sad. Perhaps they will respond here and say that they will have a look at my case, but I am interesting that they will educate and fix their customer service for all of their customers - not only for those who complain. This is not about me, but all the players that use or used Cherry Casino.

Play for a while in this casino. In the beginning it runs quite smoothly. But over time, you show her true face, a player damaging! They delay payments, the support does not respond at all, or only after a long time. And then you lie that the beams are bending. They intentionally delay payouts, probably in the hope that the player continues to play.
