I have a week before playing at Cherry Casino because my friends have told me. I won € 700 and immediately paid. Verification was fast and the next day was already paid with verification. I tried my luck again the next day and won € 6,000. Now I'm waiting for 5 days, the the ever confirm my money and send. Customer keeps me out again. What shall I do. I think I will forward it to the authority.

I have no bonus with activated. one probably makes the pay process so automatically. Cherry Casino is worse than I thought and very unfair. AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with enough information and evidence on behalf Cherry casino management in regards of this complaint to confirm and justify the casino actions. We have been provided with a copy of player's gamelog where it is clearly visible that player was playing with bonus funds when placed not one but multiple bets in excess of what's allowed as per Cherry casino bonus terms and conditions - "The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until the full wagering requirements are met) is €5 per spin and €0.5 per bet line". Player breached that rule by placing 8 euro bets while playing Casino Zeppelin video slot with the 3rd deposit bonus funds.

Based on the all the above we consider the case as Resolved in favor of the casino. To avoid similar unpleasant experience we strongly encourage player to read more carefully all the relevant terms and conditions associated with any bonus before claiming it.

In case of a disagreement with our decision we recommend player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory authority responsible for the casino's license to operate.
