I have asked for a withdrawl and they first said it has been paid 11/7/2016 and then they said I must send them a statement which I did.. There after I contacted them again and this time they said my payment is on its way. Then I contacted them again and this time they said that they are having technical problems. FS win removed unfairly after withdrawal

I received 30 FS on Jimi Hendrix slot and did meet the requirements for a withdrawal. After the withdrawal they rolled back the money to my casino account several times then they completely removed the win stating that I should not have received those spins. Received an email stating I have been abusing the FS bonus. I'll attach a print screen of the withdrawal and the email they sent me.. they dont answer on the chat and not my last mail when I asked why I got the spins credited. Confiscated my withdrawal unfairly

I received free spins on the slot Jimi Hendrix. Won and managed to wager the bonus to a profit of 4200 sek. When I made a withdrawal the money suddenly disappeared. I emailed and wrote in the chat but no one answered me. When i logged of my account and tried to write in the chat they suddenly answered me. My rather small winnings of 57 euros were removed after I had made a withdrawal. My deposit was only returned to my account. After sending them 5 emails, trying to access live chat, I received one short email that I had broken the bonus rules. I did not play with a bonus with this deposit. Hi, this is my second and more complete - hopefully - compliant. I have an account as "freezad" at Anna Casino. Last days, I deposited a number of times by credit card and by Skrill. Normally I requested by Skrill all withdrawals, and all of them ended fine. But not the last. Strongly delayed, I checked my account: a withdrawal of € 102,50 is ever pending, with something strange. Getting the run around with the free spins they promised me

Confiscation due to Terms updates afterwards

Hello. Recently I had won 8264 euros. I received an email from Anna casino support that my winnings are confiscated due to a breach of terms and condition,( I made bets of 20s , and apparently I should have played with max 5% of the bonus i received which was 200, so my max bet was 10). I made my deposit on 22 September at 14:30 CET. I contact support and told them that before made my deposit I checked the terms and there was no such an update. They told me that they changed the terms on 22/9 at 10:40 CET. But they could provide any proof. I checked the terms before playing and nothing had been updated. There was no max bet 5% of the bonus. They might have changed their terms on the time they say but there was no visual update after 3 hours. I make this complaint because I think that my confiscation is wrong. if the updates was visual I would have played with more than the 5% I wouldn't want to risk my money.It's not my fault that I was playing and won the same day they changed their rules. Welcome bonus not credited

I just joined this casino based on trusted casino from askgamblers. i have deposited 205 euros and lost them so fast. before losing them i waited so long to get the bonus and i tried opening chat like 10 times but there chat window is closed! So i played with the 205 euro and lost them so fast. I waited for the next day i said maybe they needed time to credit the 200 euro bonus, Then i starting sending many many emails more than 6 or 7 clamining my bonus but no one replies at all. I became a member at Anna casino somewhere in January. I saw their ad that they are a new casino and that they offer a 5€ sign up bonus. They have Netent software games and Play'n Go software, and I really liked that. Then I signed up, tried to claim it but it didn't work. I got another code for 7€ free but it didn't work either, so I contacted their support team. I got an answer that unfortunately my country wasn't eligible for any of their free bonuses. I was a bit upset. 2 weeks later I decided to try their 100% match up bonus with 80 free spins. It seemed like an amazing offer, but when I read more carefully I understood that it works like on your first deposit you get 100% match, on second deposit you get 50 free spins and on third- 30 free spins. I think they could work a little on their promotions, and at least give some free spins on top of first deposit too.

After another conversation with their chat I was told that I was eligible or the first deposit bonus, so I made a 20€ deposit and received a 20€ bonus immediately. With that I went to Jack and the Beanstalk. With 0.20€ bets per spin I played the first 100 spins. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed with Jack, respins came very rarely, no free spins too. My biggest win was 4€. I played another set of 100 spins, finally received free spins but even then they paid around 20x bet.

I had around 15€ when I decided to switch to Gonzo's Quest. I placed 0.20€ bets and as usual played 100 spins. Here is the new Netent casino, Anna Casino, when I saw it for the first time, I said this will be new casino specially made for girls! I think that rest of the female population will agree with me, why girlish! Because of its name, the background of the Anna Casino and all the pink colors on it! I love it!

So when I saw it for the first time, which was maybe 2-3 months ago, they were having some sign up promo of 5 euros free chip, I still think they are running the same promo, so if you register via AskGamblers site, be sure you will get that sweet no deposit bonus of 5 euros. So about the bonus, there was few bonus codes for Anna casino, which my country was not eligible, but honestly I really wanted to try it out, but what was confusing for me, why it let me claim the bonus and I was not eligible for that promo.

So I played for a while, actually I played few times because I claimed 3 bonuses and yes, yes I was not suppose to play, but I wanted to see, how will the slots pay here, before I made my deposit there. So they have loyalty points like Next Casino and some others, but being restricted from free bonus, which I used it and had comp. points I asked the chat, what can I do with the points she said I cant used them because I earned them from free bonus, which I shouldn't use it.

Well Anna casino, it's not my problem that your software is allowing to use that bonus, so if I claim it and have it in my cashier, then its fair to use it, or make something so people cant use those free bonuses!

The thing is the country restrictions of the bonus, which I must say, only few countries was eligible, still eligible for that promo and yes I hate those country restrictions, why?
