I received 30 FS on Jimi Hendrix slot and did meet the requirements for a withdrawal. After the withdrawal they rolled back the money to my casino account several times then they completely removed the win stating that I should not have received those spins. Received an email stating I have been abusing the FS bonus. I'll attach a print screen of the withdrawal and the email they sent me.. they dont answer on the chat and not my last mail when I asked why I got the spins credited. I have read on a gambling forum that same thing have happened to several ppl. I emailed and wrote in the chat but no one answered me. When i logged of my account and tried to write in the chat they suddenly answered me. Their explanation for my profit confiscated was that I never made a deposit. When I explained and proved that I had deposited money in to Anna Casino the story suddenly changed and they said that I had committed fraud. When I asked them to explain they changed the story a third time and said I had no right to the freespins on Jimi Hendrix.

After sending them 5 emails, trying to access live chat, I received one short email that I had broken the bonus rules. I did not play with a bonus with this deposit. Confiscation due to Terms updates afterwards

Hello. Recently I had won 8264 euros. I received an email from Anna casino support that my winnings are confiscated due to a breach of terms and condition,( I made bets of 20s , and apparently I should have played with max 5% of the bonus i received which was 200, so my max bet was 10). I made my deposit on 22 September at 14:30 CET. I contact support and told them that before made my deposit I checked the terms and there was no such an update. They told me that they changed the terms on 22/9 at 10:40 CET. But they could provide any proof. I checked the terms before playing and nothing had been updated. There was no max bet 5% of the bonus. They might have changed their terms on the time they say but there was no visual update after 3 hours. I make this complaint because I think that my confiscation is wrong. if the updates was visual I would have played with more than the 5% I wouldn't want to risk my money.It's not my fault that I was playing and won the same day they changed their rules. Made a deposit of 205 euros and lost them within minutes, very disappointing rtp.

I still did not get my 100% match up bonus of 200 euros, in their bonus section it says in very rare cases it will not automatic credit the bonus. Well if my case is a rare case, it's Sunday and there's no chat and they don't reply to emails. So another disappointing thing is that there's no customer service at all in weekends. l just wait till weekend is over so I can claim the welcome bonus.

Anna is a new casino which was launched in 2014. At the time they were offering and still are a 5 euro no deposit bonus to try the games. Here on AskGamblers it states that this bonus is no longer available to Macedonia but at the time I made an account here it was. I followed the link from the affiliate site made an account and logged in.

I have to say I liked their website. They have a clean but still elegant design. Navigation is very easy so you will find everything you need. They also offer live chat support 24/7 which is a must have in reputable casinos. They have a nice selection of NetEnt slots and some Play’n Go.

Overall you will feel comfortable playing here. I lost my 5 euros very fast. Didn’t manage to hit a descent win on Flowers. I took a look at their bonus offer and saw that they have a nice 100 % match bonus with a descent 40 x bonus wager. The pending period here is 24 hours and E-Wallet withdrawals are also 24 Hours. Anna Casino is one of the latest Netent Casino that I joined. I first made my account in Anna Casino when I saw a promotion that they had for 5 free no deposit bonus. So I registered an account, wrote the promo code for the 5 free and they were added in my balance. Then I read the terms and conditions of the bonus where I saw that my country was excluded from this bonus, which was weird since I had already claimed successfully the 5 free.

I believe it is a bad practice to allow players to claim bonuses that they are not eligible to and this fact can create many problems and many complaints, especially when you are a new casino. Any way I played just for fun the 5 free even though I knew that I could not have any benefit from them just to pass the time and try the casino.

The casino has only two software providers Netent and Play’n GO and I believe they should add more games in the casino. At least they can add Quickfire slots which I really like to play.

After a few weeks I decided to make my first deposit here. I deposited 35 and took the first deposit bonus of 100% match deposit so I started my balance with 70 euro. I started playing dead or alive with 0,36 bet, I had fast two times free spins which did not pay much as usual and I decided to raise my bet to 0,45.
