21 Casino - Another casino asking for personal bank details

When I deposit using online casino sites, I tend to use ewallets (Apple Pay and PayPal) and had used Apple Pay to deposit last time with this casino.

I usually find white hat gaming companies to be very fair and straight forward, however this time that was not the case.

I tried to withdraw to the payment method I had used (as per their terms and conditions) but wasn’t given Apple Pay as a withdrawal option. I spoke to an agent who informed me that this was because I had instead topped up with a paysafe card. This was my first red flag, I do not own a paysafe card and know for a fact I deposited with Apple Pay. The agent said I could withdraw to my PayPal account instead.

I did this, but after waiting over 24 hours I could see that my payment still wasn’t paid. I got in touch, and a new agent informed me that my payment had been rejected by PayPal and that I must not provide my private, personal bank details to be able to have my withdrawal.

As stated, I do not like to give these out, so I asked again if they would just withdraw it to my PayPal, they said no. As previously mentioned, this is a new thing that some casinos are trying. The last casino that tried it with me I came to this site to complain, and my issue was resolved just an hour ago. My withdrawal was issued to my preferred method and I didn’t end up having to hand over very sensitive data…

I come to ask gamblers again to ask you to once again help me in this matter.

Great range of games unavailable to me elsewhere, such as Blueprint.

Have not had any issues with documentation verification, process is simple.
All withdrawal requests that have been made from the casino have been of a sizable amount, and all have been paid with minimal delay.

All in all there are many positives to this casino, however, the negatives could be considered quite substantial for many.

The pending period for withdrawals is far too long. I understand the strategy to recoup money back from the player, and whilst I do not agree with the practice, they are a business so they are entitled to do such things. However, most other casinos currently offer a "Lock" facility, while you are waiting for the withdrawal request to be approved or rejected. Effectively you will have to wait a minimum of four business days to receive payment when playing at 21 Casino. I have read many replies to reviews on this site that state "we are working on a faster process" but they date back to early 2016, which begs the question if this is even still a priority.

Customer support, whilst available now 24/7, have limited ability to authorize or action requests.

They do not offer their progressive jackpots to all jurisdictions, which is a worrying proposition, if you were to get lucky and book a massive win, you might not be eligible to receive the money. Clarification on why this is the case would be great, or what would happen in the possible (if somewhat unlikely) event a player from one of these jurisdictions were to win a progressive. Does this still apply to multi-provider jackpots such as Mega Moolah?

Terms and conditions are a little complicated, the operator could take a leaf out of Rizk's policy of "No Bulls#!t".

Would payed out 600 euro win if they didn't had reverse. (Worst option you're casino have).

Withdraw and reverse: I 6-6, 19:57 I send all my documents. @ that point I already made a withdraw request. (Still able to reverse it). Went to sleep woke up the next day asked live chat if documents where verified. Not yet could take up to 24-48 hours. Decided to wait that time. On friday contacted again... Finally approved, but my money still able to reverse it......

I know you have to supply your documents when you withdraw the first time. What about the second time? Would that be an issue? ( I have print screen everything so they cant claim that anything might went error as the previous reviewers told.)

Excellent game choice and good online chat service live roulette is excellent and overall best casino I've played online.

Now the real bad point. Deposited and won 2000 English pounds and declined the bonus offer due to all the implications and wanted no doubt the winnings would be mine. Withdrew the funds and asked to supply documents to verify my account which I understand not a problem. Sent these on Monday as really needed the cash this Friday for my holidays and explained this in the email. Got an email back today saying most of my documents were ok but they require another letter with my address on so I've sent this and apparently I have to wait another 48 hours for one document to be verified.

This is totally unacceptable and I would just expect the customer service knowing my circumstances to get this one document processed straight away with the rest of my documents. The withdrawal is still pending and due to be accepted tonight so will see what happens with that. I've kept screenshots of everything just in case something else occurs. A real shame really as it is a great little online casino.

Good selection of games, not bad support, overall a decent casino if it wasn't for the ages it takes for a withdraw to be processed.

Some promo rules like 50 euros min bet for bonus, some bonus don't even have 24 hours or you to take it. And It is not understandable a reversal time of 48 hours, it's not ok.

Firstly, you must be twenty-one to play at 21 Casino, right? Nope. As long as you're 18 and above, it's a go, but you must be a member at Twenty-one Casino to play there, like you don't already know. Anyway, I was so much more than twenty-one when I signed up at Twenty-one, hehehe. As with most other casinos, the main attraction for me for signing up was none other than the offer being made at that point in time. What it was, it has slipped my mind, because it happened back in 2016. Hmm, it wasn't that long ago, but my memory is. Hahaha.

Anyway, after signing up at the casino, I claimed the offer, whatever it was, and got it without any problems at all, otherwise I would have remembered something about it. Great games, smooth and user friendly site. Very easy to set up account, deposit and play. Great communication, when I got an email from them today telling me my withdrawal had been reduced from £2,000 to £110 it was very easy to understand. It reminded me that clause 9 part v was specific about withdrawal limits after playing with the welcome bonus.

After playing all night, turning over 3 or 4 thousand pounds to play through the bonus I feel the site is a bit mean spirited by offering me £110 instead of the £2,000 I managed to win. (small stakes as well!) I am still waiting for the £110.

After playing steady all night, I wanted to go to bed so I decided I would bet my last 40 Euro's on the Immortal romance slot. I bet 6 Euro each spin. After about 5 spins I won 1300 Euro's. Insane!! After that I decided to quit and go to sleep. The next morning I realised I made a huge mistake. Off course I'm one of those people how just clicks "accept" and not reading the terms and conditions.
