21 Casino - Another casino asking for personal bank details

When I deposit using online casino sites, I tend to use ewallets (Apple Pay and PayPal) and had used Apple Pay to deposit last time with this casino.

I usually find white hat gaming companies to be very fair and straight forward, however this time that was not the case.

I tried to withdraw to the payment method I had used (as per their terms and conditions) but wasn’t given Apple Pay as a withdrawal option. I spoke to an agent who informed me that this was because I had instead topped up with a paysafe card. This was my first red flag, I do not own a paysafe card and know for a fact I deposited with Apple Pay. The agent said I could withdraw to my PayPal account instead.

I did this, but after waiting over 24 hours I could see that my payment still wasn’t paid. I got in touch, and a new agent informed me that my payment had been rejected by PayPal and that I must not provide my private, personal bank details to be able to have my withdrawal.

As stated, I do not like to give these out, so I asked again if they would just withdraw it to my PayPal, they said no. As previously mentioned, this is a new thing that some casinos are trying. The last casino that tried it with me I came to this site to complain, and my issue was resolved just an hour ago. My withdrawal was issued to my preferred method and I didn’t end up having to hand over very sensitive data…

I come to ask gamblers again to ask you to once again help me in this matter.

Might only be for me, but just a heads up. When you enter a games full name in the search box it will not appear. In order for it to appear you have to remove one letter of the game.

Example:
Search for: Starburst = Nothing will apear
Search for: Starbur = Starburst will appear..

Its been a pleasure trying out 21 casino. They have lots of games, I specially like that they have the blueprint games.
The only thing I miss is the wms games.

I used their deposit bonus 121% and managed to wager it quickly and got some good wins ending in two separate withdraws of a total amount about 3500 euro. The chat is helpful.

I "only" rate this casino 8 stars because of the pending process of a minimum 48hours. Otherwise this is a topnotch casino that I truly recommend.

Found this casino through a fellow gambler Rocknrolla!! Made my first deposit of 3000 euro and went after a couple of test spins all in on roulette double or nothing on black. After that I had 6020 euro in my cash account! So excited!

Decided to cash it out and start again playing smaller. Did lose my bonus account because of the withdrawal but that's no big deal.

Will update review when withdrawal is fully processed.

So here a quick update about my withdrawal of €6020. 1 day for verification, 2 days pending, 1 day to finish withdrawal to my bank account. So total of 4 business days. Have contacted the customer service via chat several times for updates and questions. Always quick and adequate response. So based on my first time experience I can recommended this casino!

I must say, in my opinion this is one of the best casinos what I ever played!

I feel like I'm getting every day some cool emails with good offers for 50% more to deposit or free spins or etc.I have to say the experience with live chat is 9/10, -1 point only for that, there are some problems what they can't solve (faster withdrawal).

9/10 because the withdrawal waiting 2 working days time to be accepted (I don't think that much time is needed). But after they accept the withdrawal I always getting my money in like 1 day max 30 hours so that's why its at least 9/10! Don't be angry to me but yeah 2 days of pending withdrawals are much a little bit! :)

Lots of choice of different slot providers. Good for mobile slots.

Withdrawal times are a joke. I do not understand the 48 hour waiting time before process. Can someone from site please explain this to me? Clearly a ploy for players to reverse withdrawals. Deposits are processed from my bank in a day or 2, but they need up to 7 for a withdrawal? Underhand, and won't be playing there because of this.

Time Scale they took to credit my bank account once my account has been verified and they are satisfied with my documents.

All their rare games that its not so common on other websites.

Even though they have so many games I only tend to play Roulette (LIVE).

Delaying in processing your withdrawals (I personally think that they should get the withdrawal request cleared in the same day as request).

So far havent experienced anything bad apart from delaying.

Joined after rocknrolla switched to this casino got some good games buts that where it ends

Live chat only available half the time. Daily limits can be passed as in my case if you do a reversal don't think no other site I ever joined did this.Got thru to live chat inquiring on my bonus was told everything apart from what I wanted so asked for my account to be closed. Not had a good experience with this casino.

After seeing Rocknroll's video on Youtube with 21 Casino, I joined. Thats the only pure reason. (Love all their games, some of the slots are really fun to play)

BUT would love to give an another review once my query gets sorted.

Joined this casino last week, and deposited 1000 NOK taking their 200% bonus, they have great bonus and a lot of games.

Be very aware when you accept bonus and read their terms carefully, when you deposit with Skrill or Neteller you are not eligible for the welcome bonus, still they allow you take it even if you haven't read the terms and will confiscate all winnings, that's very lame. No serious casino will do that, either they will allow or not. And they don't even compensate you. Just said your balance is adjusted accordingly to our terms. Will never play here again. My foult for not reading the terms before deposited, but they should not accept deposited with Neteller if I choose the welcome bonus like other Casinos.

I won 21500 NOK, they still let you play and receive the bonus, but will confiscate all the winnings if you make a withdrawal. I have done the same thing a Grand Ivy (earlier playground), and they said ok, we let this go one time, that's how it should be.
