This casino used to be fantastic, but nowadays it has gone the route of many European based casinos… they are limiting withdrawals unnecessarily and asking for personal bank details to be able to withdraw winnings.

I would like to be able to withdraw to the deposit method, and this website used to let you, but now they are saying “I know you topped up with card/PayPal but we need your private, personal bank account details to be able to withdraw to you”

They have broken their own terms and conditions with this.

Only reason I've not given full marks is regarding withdrawals. I've made 2 sets of withdrawals, after opening my account I made a withdrawal on the Friday and it states somewhere it can take 24 hours for withdrawals to be processed. It was processed in under 24 hours and paid into my account the next day in the afternoon which was a Saturday. I think this is more to do with using one of these new online bank accounts where the processing is quicker.
Second withdrawal I made was a day earlier than the previous one and was processed roughly same time on the following day so again less than 24 which is good I feel. However, this one didn't go into my account until the Tuesday so a bit of inconsistency but all in all it's been more positive than negative. So second time around, withdrew a day earlier and was paid 3 days later than previous one, same account.

Lots of new shiny games. Very easy to deposit. I thought this site would have gone by now, but every negative review is taken down . I have nothing to add.

The withdrawal period is beyond farce. This site will clutch at straws to get you to reverse pending withdrawals. Shoddy practice.

Will I ever get my withdrawal completed! It’s been 3 weeks since an initial withdrawal of $2700 and while it’s pending, I received emails stating I needed documentation but never said what that might be. I got down to $1000, tried to withdraw again, without success, and figured I might as well go again. Ended up bringing balance up to $2700 again. In the meantime, while waiting, I deposited more money. Completely stupid of me. I withdrew the $2700 and it wasn’t pending anymore, but it’s been three days and it’s still not in my account. So from beginning to today, been waiting three weeks! I think I’m getting the run around and now have no idea where the money is. So be wary....pending withdrawals can be reversed and then it takes forever to actually have the money you win back to you!

Made a withdrawal 2 days ago, send them my passport immediately and got a reply in 10 minutes that it will take up to 2 days to process. That's weird why would it takes 2 days to confirm my passport if u can reply my emails in 10 minutes? Withdrawal process should take up to 48 hours. Now waiting for about 52 hours and still pending. If they just payed me faster I would have deposited again by now.

However, I can only play Netent, Blue print and Stake Logic. Due to License issues I am unable to play Thunderkick and NextGen. I noticed some other white label casinos has Big time gaming slots like 21 prive and reel island, but for some reason 21 casino, Fruity casa, Casilando do not have them. Maybe they from a different owner.

I contacted live chat and found out to start wagering you need to make a deposit first. Now I want to know how is the no deposit cashable if you cannot wager it without a deposit? Kind of defeat the purpose of advertising a no deposit bonus if a deposit is required to start wagering.

Anyways I made my deposit and claimed the welcome offer. I took 121% bonus. Made minimum deposit of R200. Had like R900 almost and a wager of R31 500. Busted within almost 2 hours of playing Netent and Quickspin this was before blueprint gaming and stake logic were added. I think I also played on Quickspin but they had only a few and the way the games load was different from how quick spin load on other casinos.

Live support is quick to respond, less than 1 minute and they are friendly and have a lot of knowledge on live chat. I get a lot of freebies. Hope to test withdrawals next time.

Withdraw times are pretty revolting. I have been receiving the same automated emails stating that they need more verification the last week- Despite having my address, photo I.D and banking card. All efforts of getting in touch are replied to by the same auto generated message of "We have received your documents, Allow 48 hours for processing" or "We still require proof of..." You guys have it all!

It's now been 150 hours and the my money is still sitting there pending, itching to be wasted- while the company has happily taken my 10+ deposits.

This will be a first for me. I play numerous other sites. All sites have verified my documents within 6 hours and withdrawals made within 24 hours.

Deposited £1000, won £48000. Great night of gambling and thought this will definitely be a site I will be recommending to my fellow gambling friends who all gamble as heavy as myself.

Now I'm aware casinos utilise the sneaky manoeuvre of holding your money in pending but I have NEVER encountered this situation. A weekly withdrawal limit of £25000!! What? You've got to be joking?

Contacted support only to be informed that I needed to be verified which I understood and figured it would be done in the same timeframe as my past experience. Also mentioned the withdrawal limit and was informed nothing could be done until the initial withdrawal was completed.

Given that it was a Thursday that I made the withdrawal, I was told the verification would not be done in the timeframe I assumed, rather the following Monday. This meant I would have to wait 5 DAYS as a minimum. I requested the verification to be escalated, but clearly, though the advisor said he did, I still waited until the following Monday.

In the meantime, though I'm quite strict with not reversing withdrawals that tricky casinos use, I have never been in a position whereby I was stuck with an available balance of over £23000 and unable to cash out.

As you can imagine, as a gambler this is by far the worst position to be in. Predictably, I continued and lost the lot and was only left with the £25000 in the end.

The irony here is that I did mention that i'm a VIP member on numerous other sites and lose more than I win. This £48k win pales in comparison to my losses just this year but the advisors clearly couldn't care less.

Just take note here guys. The best casinos are those that payout fairly. I play SkyVegas, and though their games are ok, they payout using FPS and the money is in your account within 2 hours, even on a weekend. Grosvenor offer a similar service for larger withdrawals but its never taken more than 24 hours. I play multiple other sites but 21 Casino takes the biscuit.

For the sake of that £23k, they lost any recommendations i would make the friends and all my future business. I doubt they will see it that way though.

When you see a snake in the grass, you dont continue playing there. There are many other sites available with better verifications and withdrawal procedures that also hold good reputations.

Find them and play there instead.

Withdraw times are just too long. I've read all the comments above here and the processing time should not take that long. With Leovegas for example I withdrew money at night and the next morning it was processed. The day after It was on my account. I know its very hard for gamblers to wait 2 or 3 days for their withdraw to be processed. Most of the time they reverse it and lose it. There is no chance in the world that you have to take 48 hours to process the withdraw. I know its just a trick, a nasty one but a smart one, business wise.

Taking money is instant but giving money takes days. 24 hours is acceptable. 48 hours is too long not to mention the documents verification. Fix this and 21casino gets 10 stars from me!

Saw a video on youtube and started playing. Good site, nice layout and everything is easy to find. Had a question and was suprised about the fast, friendly help i got from the support staf.

Had a win and cashed out. Ofcourse they asked for verification, sent my details and had to wait 2 full days for it to be processed. In my opinion this takes way to long!

Same as verification process, the withdawal process take an extremly long time, they have a pending time of 48 hours. Me, being a true gambler at heart this is very dangerous. I signed up to 21casino through Rocknrolla's link. There are plenty of various slots to play on this site and good game play!

The verification process took almost a week and another week to process my first withdrawal!

I have been playing on 21Casino site for almost a year, and during my time play, a good few times, I have won a few grands on each occasion, but because of the very slow withdrawal process by the casino, I have ended up to loose all the monies I have won as a gambler every time!!! I believe this is not a professional practice by the casino to keep your money for such a long time as 3-4 days to make you play and loose the money back to the casino!!! Hi, just wanted to say as a new player I have found 21 casino a little discouraging, don't get me wrong 21 casino is a great site for playing games but I feel let down by the way there verification system works.
I joined this site because I liked the way it looked and thought I would give it a try.

I won £200 then decided to cash out I was then asked to very vacation of my Id which I happily sent via email.
I then was notified it would take up to 48hours for verification of my documents, this was on the 20/08/17 I even spoke with online chat I had been reassured they had indeed received my documents. After a day or so I reverse my £200 and won £700 and banked winnings after checking next day if my winnings had moved from pending and found it still pending I once again reversed my £700 and the won £1,100 which I was very pleased with, all in all I waited for my money to be sent to my bank and ended up reversing it as it was still pending and ended up losing it all I strongly agree if I did not have to wait so long and still waiting for verification as from today date which is 24/08/17I would have not ended up losing my winnings.

Very slick site, great graphics, easy gameplay. Used them because of rocknrolla, and was easy to sign up and good bonus deposit offered.

The verification time period and withdrawing funds is prehistoric.

I requested to withdraw funds over 48 hours ago, have submitted the documents they requested (which no other provider has ever asked me to do), and still have not had the request approved.

Are they just trying to hold onto players' funds longer? This seems a very bad practice.

I only won a very small amount, I just want my money. They accepted my deposit without any 'verification' but do not want to return funds now.

The casino was fun to play in and a great variety of games, the live chat is good BUT

Verifying the account took longer than 48 hours. I have now lost all of the $12,000 I won. If I could of just withdrawn it I would be fine even if it was a temporary hold. I understand that 21casino is a business but they are not sincere. They said it takes maximum 48 hours. I'm very upset and won't be playing again due to this dishonesty.
