Hello,
I had a withdrawal £200; request on the 28th May and accepted on May 29th. However, on June 1st, I was contacted by customer support, who informed me that they were unable to process the payment to the bank I have requested for. They requested alternative bank account details, which I promptly provided on the same day. Despite this, I have not yet received the payment, and I haven't heard back from them either. It's quite disappointing as they seem to accept deposits without any issues but delay payments to their customers.
Please help to resolve this.

It seems we were missing some information hence why the withdrawal took longer to be sent out, however, on that note we can see that you have now sent us your banking details and we have now re-processed your withdrawal of 200 GBP.
