I have made a withdrawal 4121 euro since 24 November and so far I have not received my money. He told me that they need to wait 10 days business for the withdrawal. The on 14 December they said that they need an statement bank and after sending them they said you will need 10 days business. Which is the date of 28 December until this moment I have not received my money and they said we need an account statement that proves that you did not receive the money I sent them and I am still waiting for my money and all the documents and conversations I have I present to you in case they deny them

To acknowledge the payment is being processed, I made sure the Proof of Payment is being sent to you privately, of course for data protection reasons. You should have received a message in the next few minutes from one of our account managers.
They will still inform you it still needs a few days to be processed, but given the fact it already started last week it should finally be transferred very soon. Unfortunately banking issues sometimes do happen and of course it shouldn't turn into a problem and inconvenience to you. We understand that completely.
